He worked 6 months with us:
Pros:
- he helped us out once when his truck broke in the middle of the road, he was in truck on the ramp exit till next day for service to arrive there
- knows the RGN stuff, and would be attentive with that
- brought the truck back to Chicago
Cons:
- would be rude with office staff
- didn't do well his PTI so was driving often with bold tires and other violations
- is lasy, would want to get often home, doesn't want to tarp loads
We where he is leaving as we didn't do money from the way he drove.
ALEXANDER DARIES, HECTOR DIARIES, AND PERDO SANCHEZ APPLIED TOGETHER. THEY WORKED FOR 3 WEEKS AND STRIP DOWN THE TRUCKS (STOLE APU UNITS, TIRES WITH RIMS, FRIDGES, GPS AND ETC.) DO NOT HIRE FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE ORGANIZED CRIME THIEVES.
This guy... We hired him and it was our biggest mistake. In full week didn't drive becouse all loads were bad for him then took one load started driving to other direction and blocked us. Contacted with broker and asked for 10k or he will keep loaded trailer and companys equipment as hostage. Long story short - police was on site, our equipment was damaged, no one was happy. That criminal should be in jail
Recruiting, he keeps applying, keeps letting me know he is coming, asked for orientation. We set up the drug test, then the guy stops communication. Did it twice in moths apart. He is a waste of time and money.
this driver lives in his own world. the maximum he can drive is 300 miles a day and then he needs 1 day off. inside the truck, he made a mess as I have never seen in my life. it took 3 days for a cleaning company to clean the truck. Don't waste your time and money on him do not hire him.
Darrell Perry and his cousin Branden Lee stole our truck and took it in MD. When we found the truck it was completely destroyed. They cut all the cables, wires, airbags and destroyed the inside. DO NOT HIRE THEM! You will have tons of issues. Also their cousin Oliver Davenport was involved!
Very lazy driver and irresponsible, consistently late with loads and has very bad communication, also held a truck hostage in FL for 15 days not willing to return the truck and trailer also refuses to work, every time goes home stays extra days, refuses to pickup loads or advise won't be picking up, overall trouble best to avoid driver if u don't want issues with your customers.
since day one driver was very incoherent, would switch from talking and acting normally to being completely thrown off by the smallest things, constantly late and ignoring phone calls, when we called him back to yard and he got terminated he took off with the truck wheel lock on, breaking it, stole the truck.
we paid for his flight ticket from Miami, and paid for his uber and drug test, while he have to wait for the drug test results guy tried to borrow money from us, then he went to the hotel to "relax" and then he disappear!!
He drove for 4 months. Once was kicked out from the receiver facility because he was blocking the receiver facility and when he was asked to move started arguing not nicely and the receiver's super friendly crew...... A lot of times he knows his truth and doesn't listen to instructions. Got lost constantly I mean constantly circulating around. Lastly, it was a brand-new 2022 truck with a 2022 trailer returned to the yard with damages on the truck and trailer. His explanation was that sometimes it is too tight but I have 3 exactly the same trucks doing the same lanes and they have not even a single scratch I believe he is just too old and needs to retire.......................
He was interested and also had a friend he referred. We got them both plain tickets. Then he canceled the ticket and said his uncle had died(this was mid October), then his aunty had also died(late October) and he asked for money up front. His friend used the ticket but never showed up to the office. Do not even consider this guy.
not hiring, the driver is a liar, he drives with his wife, he took the truck and trailer from Chicago, he never went to pik a load he accepted, he used our truck for 10 days and then went home to Iowa and parked, in other words he stole the truck, the police and gps helped us locate it
Abandoned truck and trailer in the middle of nowhere. Claimed he saw Jesus Christ and decided to change his life. Abandoned equipment and went fishing. Not sure if he should be on the road at all!!! Very dangerous.
