  1. Driver simply does not care about nothing. Sleeps 15 hours, cant drive, complains and cry, women's can driver better then him, and yes he is from AL
  2. This guy is a complete waste of time. 300 miles at best per day on a paper log book. All kinds of excuses for never being on time. Never answers the phone. Responds to texts hours or days later. Doesn't follow any directions whatsoever. Goes his own routes. Stops every 2 hours. Gets fuel at out of network fuel stations. Pulls into random shops for maintenance without prior approval. Complete lack of communication and common sense. Stay away!
  3. Worked for us in a team with his friend Charles Mackey for a couple of months. Seemed like nice guys until they started lying just to spend more time at home. When they brought the truck back, it was damaged, bended, hit. They left it in the parking lot and left without answering their phones anymore. A day before they dropped the truck, Brandon said he is so happy to work with us and that he never made this much money, since he started driving. I don't recommend Brandon, nor Charles to be even take in consideration of hiring, because they might sweet talk you and then, they will show you their real character. Liars, deceivers, not responsible drivers!
  4. Very good impression at the beginning. A couple weeks he was perfect driver until he revealed his true face. One monday we checked where he is and found he spent 3 days in one KY truck stop but spent about $2000 for fuel not driving at all. Shawn was selling company's fuel for drugs or alcohol. When we confront him what he did he told it was not him but later he admitted he is addicted and was selling gas for drugs or alcohol.
  5. DRUG ADDICT!! SOUNDS GOOD ON THE PHONE BUT THE MOMENT YOU SEE HIM IN PERSON YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS UP.GAVE HIM A CHANCE AND BASICALLY WENT TO FLORIDA GOT ON SOME DRUGS AND STARTED TAKING $$ FROM THE FUEL CARD AND DRIVING THE TRUCK AS A PERSONAL VEHICLE,HAD TO GET POLICE AND TOWING INVOLVED
  6. DRIVER claimed he has over 18 Years experience in Trucking business. After one week of operating a SEMI truck with a 53' Conestoga trailer he cause a 10k damage to the trailer. Left our trailer in shop for repairs, picked up another one , went home and never answered our phone calls. Turns out, he parked our company truck on his private property and refused to return it back to us. Then we found the equipment in a Walmart Parking lot with no electronic devices (tablet, Eld device, fuel card, any other company belongings). Please be careful when hiring this person.
  7. Abandoned truck in Florida under dispatch Found drugs in the truck Very unstable person once start working
  8. return truck without any notice
  9. Wasting of time. I paid him ticket to come to Chicago and he never show up.
  10. Nasty, reckless, that will do a lot of equipment and property damage. Has Criminal Record too. Never ever hire that person.
  11. Stated has two year experience, got first load and took him 2 hours trying backing up to the sippers door. After failing freaked out and start driving back to the yard. After nice conversation over the phone we asked him to try again, promised him that shipper will help you to back it up, he agreed. Went there, some one backed the truck in, got loaded and later abandoned loaded trailer not far by his house. never answered phone Hire on your own risk.
  12. Looks like a driver is a scammer chasing for the free motel! The driver called in on Friday looking for the position. Once got approved, he said he is coming with new SUV but needs motel over the weekend. Once we said we will not pay for the motel and see him Monday for orientations, the driver hung up. Also, he does racial profiling and is xenophobic. He texted recruiter that she is a bitch and at last he is an american.
  13. Never started. We finished the pre employment process, got him a flight and an Uber. He missed both. Than we decided to give him one more shot and got him a bus ticket. Calls up last minute and starts asking questions about the job that he had been informed about during the recruitment process but he just decided to forget. Said that what we are offering will not work for him. So basically wasted our processing and travel resources. Probably better this way, who knows how he would have messed up on the loads.
  14. Completed one load. On the second one he asked to go home because he needed prescription medicine refill. After that wouldn't return the calls. Abandoned the truck.
