  1. very and very bad driver, first he want to drive with out ELD then asking for ridiculous prices on the load, doesn't want to fallow the rules, calling dispatch idiots, only after a month he managed to hit 2 different trucks. and when I told him he was fired the took the truck hostage, and then start asking to get paid for the load he didn't do, so I told him to bring back the truck then I will pay him, but refused to do so. so he called the whole SOMALI community to put fake reviews on the company, and then when we picked the the truck where he abandoned it in Columbus, we find the truck not drivable, he left trash and pee every where, he cut the airline for the truck and trailer stole the fog light and hit the the truck with something. now a brand new truck is having issues every day, and the place where he left the truck they told us that they do that all the time to different trucks. so if you want to hire him good luck just know what's coming for you DO NOT HIRE DO NOT HIRE
  2. do not hire him he call and ask if we can give him money before he start
  3. Abandoned truck in Memphis TN after a week of work
  4. Very difficult driver to deal with. No dispatch is good for him. Always complaints. Lasted with the company only for 6 weeks. Didn't give 2 weeks notice. Always took routes that he wanted and not what was assigned by dispatch. Always on time for his deliveries.
  5. Please stay away from this guy. He thinks that he is the owner of the company, he does only what he want. No meter how much you make for him, nothing is enough. He never answers the phones, never deliver in time, always find any kind of excuses do not do the things right. And likes to insult everyone. He refused to deliver the last load in time, because he said doesn’t have 5 more minutes. Me as a owner, drove 5 Hours to get to his truck with another driver to deliver the load in time. He refused to open the door to talk with us. He called the Police, because I came and disturbed him. And the police had to get him out of the truck. And there is lot more to say about this guy.
  6. Not good liar , released for log non stop cheating, 90% late , making nonsense stories, , will be shopping for new job , refused flight ticket back to FL , called police on me , but was escorted himself to hotel , good luck if someone will hire him , you will be have “fun” , Sunday send that he broke his fingers but picture was from hospital ??? saw him Thursday he don’t have fingers broken , scam artist
  7. Insisted on showing up in the office and doing an application, orientation and drug test all in the same day. Fine by me, we waited for the results to come back, meanwhile he went back to his home in Indiana and stopped responding to our texts and calls. Waste of time.
  8. The driver went through the orientation process, was booked on a load that he didn't pick up, ignored all phone calls, and then proceeded to leave the truck in a rest area.
  9. Drug addicted! Clearing house has 4 failed pre employment drug tests (cocaine). Be careful
  10. Devante had 2 previous hand held violations while driving a CMV along with speeding and a violation to control vehicle. Since the violations happened 2 years ago, we decided to give him a chance. After driving for us 2 weeks driver took 1 week off. When he returned he demanded more MENTAL HEALTH DAYS OFF. We decided to bring DJ back to the office to discuss the problems; in the mean time we received a call from another driver stating DJ was texting and driving a CMV and almost hit another truck. We questioned DJ and he admitted he was texting and responded "what else am I suppose to do when I'm all alone in the truck". He's always late for pick up's and deliveries. In the end DJ abandoned his truck and trailer with a LOAD. Once we recovered the truck it smelled of Marijuana. The condition of the truck was horrible, trash was all over and the truck smelled of Marijuana, cigarette butts was thrown on the floor, there was several gallons on URINE and dirty clothes that covered the floor. The microwave plate was on the floor and not in the microwave, candy bars was crashed into the floor. If you don't want headaches or your equipment trashed........STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVER, he's not worth the paper you print his check on!
  11. Hire at your own risk does not follow safety guide lines and will do what he sees fit with your equipment. Absolutely without a doubt one of the worse drivers I ever worked with.
  12. Super unreliable, has mental issues, has changed 30 companies, never ended up hiring, would recommend to stay away.
  13. drove for 4mo,constant log book violations and requests to go home every week, then at the end abandoned the truck in Atlanta and disappeared
  14. Driver was referred by another driver. Took a load from IL to LA and left a company.
  15. The driver is unprofessional and commits many violations. One of them was very serious, he did not stop at a red light and crashed into a car in front of him. The claim was for $ 1 million. The girl was taken to hospital in critical condition. After the hit, the driver did not approach her and did not take any action to help her or call an emergency.
  16. was supposed to fly on Monday and was missing the flights the whole week, iressponsible person, hire at your own risk
  17. Blackmailed the company, cut his neck on purpose outside the office and called the cops saying that our office workers did this, definitely stay away from him.
  18. First of all couldn't verify his previous employer that he "worked" for 2007-2019. So we don't know if he really has that much experience that he claim. After 2 weeks on the road his sister "passed away". He get time off, all the money paid on check, plus cash advance for funeral expenses. When he supposed to start working he said that he has corona. This lasts for more than a month. After that he didn't want to drive, because he has some personal things to do. Truck was with him all the time. He has few phone numbers that he is switching all the time. He just stop answering calls and messages, we needed to pickup our truck in Springfield, MO where he abandoned it. He is speaking like someone who is good driver with a lot of experience, but in reality totally different.
  19. Don't pay dispathing bills. left with substantial amount of outstanding invoices for dispatching. 4 months long. Been feeding lies and promises. Not recomending to dispatch this carrier.
  20. This guy is owner operator. Very rude and unkind. He was always disconnecting ELD, be late occasionally at deliveries and having poor units maintenance. We fired him after hostage load for over 5 days and staying home for no reason. And he showed at delivery with damaged product due to no load securement. He is from Jacksonville, FL and he has International Pro Star 2013.
  21. After disappearing for a few days and not taking calls and overall a very bad driving performance, this guy drove the truck back to our yard to get fired, we noticed a bunch of new damage he failed to report, dumped trash all around the truck at the yard and ran off. His truck was the smelliest and nastiest truck we’ve ever had, we has 3 different crews clean it and couldn’t get the stench out, we ended up replacing both seats and of course the mattress and keeping doors and windows open all day every day in order to make it drivable and sanitary again. Stay away, not worth anyone’s time.
  22. Complicated person. Complaints from customers and other drivers about his behavior. Abandoned truck in TN. We had to recover it
  23. Hit trailer, bent whole axle.Drove back 600 miles empty...Thats our first mistake for not letting him go because damages happens... Got late on strict appointment which lead to reschedule appt for next 7 days.Came back to the yard with both mud flaps missing, tires on 30 psi so he never did proper pre trip inspection.New tires worn out!!! When safety called him to slow down because he drove 76mph he just hang up the phone! And when we let him go he almost got in a fight with one of ours fleet managers claiming its not his job to check the tires.Stay away from this driver, his sense of entitlement is the biggest problem.
  24. we lost a lot of money for his hiring process, and in the last day he told us that he changed his mind.
  25. taking money as advances then leave the company . thief...... his truck breaks down , you helping him to repair it , then he leaves
