Worked in our Company for about a week. First load picked on time, but unfortunately, delivery was not so... was late for 1 day ! 450 miles total run... We gave him a chance, but again.. same story.. Late.. He could not explain why.. Communication, one of the worst we had. Not reliable, if you want to save your MC, you don't need his service

Abondoned the truck

Seemed ok driver for a first month, then few minor preventable accidents in a second month (both around $4,000 damage) every week he manage to gets nails in tires, so lots of small maintenance bills even when he drove 2020 truck. Recent out of service because license suspended and he did not know about it, cost me $1,700 rate reductio from broker. And finally on the third month of working totaled truck and trailer - another preventable accident, clear skies, 80F weather, no traffic, empty highway and he managed total truck. Afterall: 2 accidents on company record in 2 months, tens thousands of dollars in loss. Would never hire again.
