Having had a bad experience with this company, I strongly suggest that you do not book a load with them, as they are unprofessional and do not pay detention or TONU. The company does not even answer the phone or respond to emails. I will post photos of the email I sent, and I hope I will receive a response so that I can post them as well. Please stay tuned if you would like to see a brokerage company that is very unprofessional.

I recently booked a load with Luis Pineda from Empire Express Inc. Driver arrived pick up and had to wait for over 11hours with the knowledge of this broker. We are yet to get a revised ate confirmation till now for TONU. Luis Pineda picks the call and acts like he going to send the revised rate confirmation but doesnt. This is absolutely unfair being that the driver lost all his hours over the weekend and money too.

Avoid this broker – they engage in fraudulent practices and theft. They may either not pay you at all or reduce the previously negotiated rate. Stay vigilant to protect your earnings.

Scam. Do not work with them. 2 month they do not paying a load saying that they need to get some kind of confirmation from their customer. But they can not get that confirmation, because their accountant on vacation LOL. Very funny. At the same time their accountant sending us emails, but she is on vacation. Scam. Avoid. Do not deal with them if you want to save your time, money and nerves. Such a companies deserve to be reported to DOT for deceptive business practice ... One star is too much for them!!!

This is the worst broker ever. Very disrespectful; the broker we booked the load with lied to us, telling us that their payment terms are 2 business days, and then after a full week of waiting, I called to check. No contact for their accounts payable and after multiple calls to the broker we booked the load with, he answered with a condescending tone, was very disrespectful, and then hung up on me without providing the contact number to their accounting or when to expect payment for the load. it's been 2 weeks and still no answer from their accounts payable after multiple emails.

They told us receiver opens at . Lie #1 they open 9am. Lie# 2 They said they spoke to receiver and told them we are coming. Lie# 3&4 They said to go in at 10am when the receiver himself told us they are only by appt and that the soonest we would be able to offload would be at 11am. * Also said they won't be paying detention until 2 hours after 12pm. Which is just BS way of brokers taking advantage of carriers.

Do not waste your time and money on this driver. Very very very unserious. Constant lies. Postponing everything. Applying for a job every second week.

This driver was with us for a month and so, and it that time he was able to have two accidents that we know of and few bad inspections . He was very rude and incompetent ,not ELD compliant etc, so a huge trouble in general. STAY AWAY!!!

This driver was highly professional during hiring process, cooperative. We bought him a plane ticket, but he never showed up on flight, of course he never answered our calls and messages. Be careful with this sweet talker, he is a waste of time and money.

Lazy driver. He is late pretty much to every delivery. His last load was 300 miles & missed appointment twice ($500 in late fees).

-The driver does not know how to use GPS and does not follow the dispatcher's instructions. -Problems with PU/delivery, he can't find the facility, he can't park at the dock. -He left the shipper at night, drove empty from NY to Illinois and left the equipment in the company yard. -Made scratches to the equipment. Do not recommend to hire him

This driver work for us only 3 weeks and he abandoned our equipment. Do not trust this driver.

Do not waste your time and resources on this guy. Very poor communication and unreliable. Do not trust this very young and inexperienced guy.

Driver was terminated for an accident and he threated everyone in the office. Terrible communication while employed rude & disrespectful. STAY AWAY.

Terrible experience with them as a team. They canceled the load 30 minutes before the appointment. They caused us a problem with the broker. Afterwards, they argued and refused to return the equipment and the truck. Avoid bringing them into the company! Finally: They parked the truck in a prohibited parking spot and did so on purpose so that the towing service would come and tow the truck away.
