driver was brought to office. He couldn't understand basics of logbooks and dissapered suddenly without letting us know. I suspect it could happen in the future but with abandon truck. You better avoid !

Be aware: He leased a trailer through us from Iloca with 6 months minimum lease term, and after 2 months he left and asked that we transfer the rest of the trailer lease to the next company, to which we agreed. It was a nightmare to reach the company or Andrei for the setup, and Andrei refused to return the trailer to Iloca. He ended up returning it after 7 weeks after we threated we will declare it lost or stolen. - Another thing to notice he always tried to cheat the LED (by disconnecting or abusing personal conveyance) - very difficult person to work with so work at your own risk.

Good driver he plans his time very well. Always on time and sends POD right away.Texts In and Out times and stays on the road for a long time. Worked for me for about 7 months.

when he comes to work , looks like a nice guy, but very unreliable. After receiving $2700 paycheck for 3500 miles he abandoned the truck and loaded trailer. A lot of lies about sickness, never any proof available, speeding tickets , no logs , will never hire back. STAY AWAY !

Driver came to our company, he were told that we currently not hiring because we don't have available trucks, but he said to find you one doesn't matter which. We provide him 2014 Unit with new tires new brakes, fully maintained. he start complaining that it's in bad condition now, but he were asking to purchase it. Driver wrote that we stole his money, but here is a thing... When the truck had a breakdown in TX, our fleet manager was working to get a road service and that what he did, and when service got to him we did find out that already another road service company working on our truck, because driver did hire them by himself without our office approval, so we had to pay twice for the service call and it's a 303$. Driver were telling about driver charged for tolls, he were clearly instructed with directions with pictures to avoid that specific toll road, Driver said that he don't care and that about 60$. A few days later when driver start working with us, he told his dispatcher that apparently he is not starting driving before sunrise, and not driving after sunset. A company driver! And guess what, driver were late for a few deliveries because of that and our company was charged 250$ for one of those loads, and 250$ for another load, we charge driver 150$ only.Not driver responsibility to be on time? On 6/8 and 6/16 we were notified and did find out that you got 2 RED Light violations! And those tickets going to arrive at our company soon. Also, the same day we got a notification that driver drove 23 miles over the speed limit, another day 13 miles over the speed limit, another day 17 miles over the speed limit. For all that per our safety policy, driver were charged 500$. The total amount of 1013$. From which we already spend 863$ and expecting another 300$-700$ for 2 RED lights violations and Speeding violations. And we do have all records and notifications of that.

The driver dropped the truck under the load causing the towing and a lot of expenses. Truck was damaged as well. Highly recommended to void this driver.

Came to work. Was given a brand new truck (company paid all expenses).Woke up in the morning and told he has family issues and divorcing a wife and left...

Be careful – very weird driver, shuffler, scamer!!! He was very nice and thankful for the opportunity from the beginning. After he get paid, he stopped for the few days at the truck stop and did not deliver the load for no reason. Started complaining and asking for a cash advances everyday, fraudulently demanded $500 cash advance from the TQL broker. This guy is waste of time!

always late for deliveries. left loaded truck abandoned while load is 4 days late . came 5 days later after hours when everyone is gone to get his stuff from the truck.

Arrived for orientation, did all paperwork, drive test, drug test then disappeared for few days, later said that got some business to take care and can start work following week on Monday even few days later send a txt confirming that ready Monday morning. On Monday said that needs to go get his dot medical card get renewed. Dispatcher booked a load for Tuesday, driver showed up at work, arrived late for the pick up, got loaded at the first pick up, went to the second, dropped trailer over there and without permission went to Chicago ghetto area for a ride, ignored all phone calls, txt messages. Came back got his loaded trailer, went for another ride in South Side, Englewood, Chicago ghettos neighborhood. Made it to South Holland, IL truck stop, said that very tired and needs to sleep. Hour later drove to Gary, IN to some residetial area, park the truck with loaded trailer -10 and left truck. Recovered truck early in the morning, garbage inside, whole cab smells like weed, tablet missing. Found bag with cannabis in a sleeper area. In the morning driver called asking why we took a truck, he was going legally make it to delivery (next day delivery in Boston, MA 950 miles). Whole day didn’t even bother to sign in to ELD.

Constant health issues, Constant doctors appointments which leads to a ridiculous deliveries when 2 day load becomes 8 day load. Has some anger issues, lots of time start yelling and screaming on office members for no reason. Very hard to deal with, drives strictly by ELD. He may be ok to drive for local jobs or 200-300 miles max maybe, but thats still a question.
