Driver had instructions to come to our yard for a conversation with management due to his low performance. Driver agreed, then misled office staff, and started driving from MI towards NC. We had to recover our equipment from VA.

Driver abandon the truck with a load and quit after demanding we pay him all rest in the order to deliver. We were stunned. No reason given we even gave him the truck free of charge to move him self from NE to TX . All sounds nice was running for about 7 weeks and then boom . Hire at your own risk

Driver agreed to work for the company and signed all his documents. He requested for his plane ticket to be booked which we did, we confirmed that he took the flight but he never showed up. Apparently, he was just looking for a free airline ticket not a job.

Don't hire this driver!!!! He is homeless, he needs your truck for a living. He drives whenever he wants, not answering the phone calls, at end he was on the load so he tried to hide the truck and trailer even he was on the load!!!! He is danger guy!

Professional , reliable driver, take care of equipment very well, good knowledge of the safety regulations.

Came in for the orientation, kept asking for an advance for 2 days straight, after being asked to at least deliver one load before getting his advance he got up and left

smashed the truck and trailer, fell under the bridge. Damage over 150k

Came home for family emergency and drop truck said, need take care of family, truck was towed with police so spend $5k to get it back

Driver is a referral so we decided to take a chance on him. Was leading us on for 2 weeks and wasting our time and resources, just to cancel with some made up reasons 7:30am the day of his arrival. Best of luck for anyone who decides to give this POS a chance.

GOT THE FLIGHT TICKET AND DID NOT SHOWED UP

very slow driver seemed polite doing 2000miles with a teammate. Obviously not making money, and run with our truck to another company - abandoned POS, seems ok at first (yes ser...)

Quit with out notice, left truck messy. Did his job well until he left.

This guy started working for us, took the truck home, asked for $4,000 cash advance, when he was refused not only he abandoned the truck but he called the towing company to tow our truck from his property. Scammer, be aware.

came for orientation, wore sunglasses the whole time. At the end,we send he to a restaurant near by for lunch, after lunch said that her mom called and she needs to go back to Alabama today to take care of her baby,basically waste of time and $$

Just one thing - do not hire this guy!!! At first he seemed to be a nice person, that is interested in the job. He passed the drug test successfully, got to the truck and started yelling, shouting and dropping the phone, because "we didn't tell him what his salary will be". Though we have a clear phone call recording, where he WAS notified about his pay rate. He was denying it and dropping the phone. During all this process it was almost impossible to reach this guy over the phone. The driver doesn't have appropriate work attitude and tend to change his mind multiple times and to manipulate.

Damaged the company trailer and his excuse was that he didn't see it and this was not in his responsibility , after that ABEND the truck and the trailer in North Carolina , he didn't want to return in back to home terminal in Illinois !

we helped him to buy a truck. we gave him 20K for down payment , with loan agreement . He took money , never made a payment and left the company . right now we need to hire lawyer and spend money at courts. Almaz is thief .

Arrived stayed one day and left. Very angry and aggressive without any reason in 1st step with dispatch. He doesn't know how to use phone.

Worked in team with Charles Mackey. This guy seemed like a nice guy in the beginning and after just 1 week, his attitude changed. He worked for us for almost 2 months, he brought the truck back along with his co driver, and left it in the parking lot and just disappeared, exactly in the same day they both got their money in the account. The truck had several damages and they managed to ruin even the tires on the trailer in just 2 months. Don't recommend hiring none of these 2. Liars, liars, liars!

Driver arrived. He was very nice and decent during the recruiting process until arriving. He quickly changed upon during the course of orientation. Became very abrupt criticizing staff and unhappy with the process. Unhappy that his time in orientation is not paid for, unreasonably rude about it. He ranted for 45 minutes and stated he would think about things overnight. In the morning he decided it's best to part ways. This person is unreasonable and showing signs of abrupt mood changes and ranting incessantly. I do not recommend ever considering this virus again.

On the first trip went to a ditch. Was given 2020 truck and 2021 trailer. Right away says he is leaving cause he has offer to run 3k mile Cali runs. Avoid... Reckless driver.

Be on the look out for this piece of work, likes to bring his mom with him. We were bringing him back to the yard so we can fire him go and we were going to book his flight home on us. We were going to fire him because he was always late to delivery's, disconnecting his equipment so we cant track him, found out we would book him a load but instead of going straight there he would drive out of the way to his home in Houston and than drive back towards the pick-up. We were going to be nice and fly him home after he dropped off our truck but instead of coming back to the yard he proceeded to steal our truck and trailer and started driving home. We were able to stop him by help of the police but we noticed he had stolen all our devices the cameras, log book, tablet left our brand new 2021 truck a complete mess. This guy is a problem be very cautious if you are looking to hire him. I would suggest don't though.

Worked for 2 weeks before ditching the truck and trailer causing it to be towed. No notice, no calls. Ignores everybody from the office. Would not hire again.
