Very lazy driver, can't make even 400 miles a day. Burned one of our trucks due not knowing how to use brakes on down hills. Agreed with his fault after conversation in the office, was apologize and asking to give him another chance, went to CA on his home time, after home time picked up the load and abounded the truck and loaded trailer. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE WILL SCREW YOU UP! And don't even listen to him, on his words he is sounds very nice - but this guy is full of shit.

This is about Terri Robertson. I have booked a load, i dispatched the driver and after an hour of driving she called saying: I found a closer truck, we'll have to cancel yours. No TONU being paid. Please avoid using her, they don't care about carriers, they just want their loads covered. Unprofessional behavior.

Never work with this company zero communication even the main company number does not work or send you to VM. Rude communication, and even if they answer the phone call they will put you on hold and hang up the phone. They work with gmails and not with norfleet domain. Seems like whole company is a scamm

Great Team over at Matic. Got me a truck over the weekend after no one esle could. You need trucking any time and day of the week. Call these guys!!

The worst broker! After having 4 hours of loading time, the broker got the POD with in/out times and simply denied to pay detention! Broker's team lead Larry did not even care about the carrier. Obviously he got the reimbursement to himself with the valid POD's in/out times we provided. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to work with this broker!

Worst Broker I've dealt with!!!!!! Leslie "sweet Talked" to my self and my driver during delivery saying just wait for receiver to unload and we will pay ALL Detention. its been a month and a half already since first time requested detention. called today to follow up (Not the first time) and a Lady with a mean voice came over on the phone and said the driver was unloaded in 45 minute( she made it up) and that would NOT honor detention and hung up the phone on me!... DO NOT USE them!!! -
Dishonest Broker Booked a load with Matt. I'm sure Matt knew it was a drop trailer to floor load used tires. He did not mention dropped trailer as this would have cost more. Then when 5 1/2 hours of detention happened Grace Logistics only paid $50. Would not recommend this company...

Driver doesn't listen to instructions. Very much likes to argue. Logbook experience is very bad. His phone is always off, and potentially actually blocking number from company employees. Would not recommend him as a driver

Brian sparks is serial hotel abuser! We went through the entire hiring process with us, got drug tested, and showed a lot of interests on wanting to work with us. He claimed to be broke so we put him in a hotel over the weekend. Come Monday morning he started to ghost us, and quit answering our calls. Later we found out that he had just done the same thing to a different trucking company a few days prior.

SAP driver. Worked for 2months. In the end dropped the trk. Avg driver. Just make sure after working 3weeks send him through the yard and get him transportation home because once he is at home its hard to get him out. Better NOT TO HIRE

AVOID AT ALL COST! ABANDONED TRUCK Mental health issue even though everyone where saying not to give him a truck after seeing him at the orientation I was felling sorry for him so we did gave him a truck. HE ABANDONED THE TRUCK WITH FIRST LOAD

No call, no show, and we are out all of the money that we spent to bring him to orientation. Went for pre-employment drug test, got the results, booked him a ticket to Chicago. Ralph never showed up...

The driver was hired as a company driver, went home to Miami,FL. Got paid, was doing a week break at home. When he was supposed to hit the road ,start refusing loads. Dropped equipment in Miami,FL. Barely speaks English , better to avoid him.

Driver quit, refused to bring equipment back to Chicago, left it in Atlanta, GA area. Was hired for OTR all 48 state, 3 week OTR position. While driving he refused to drive to other states that are not in South East region, went home every weekend saying that we either book him a load going towards his house or he will deadhead empty there.

She was driving for one week , got paid and quit. No reason for leaving given, zero communication after received her paycheck.
