They don’t pay do not waste your time working with them. it’s been 45 days and still not received a a penny. Calling them every day emailing them they’re not answering only the guy Ciyrl who I booked the load with answering and he saying he can’t help me because it’s accountings job. They’re big scammers I’m about to file against their surety bond I hope I will get something.

Please pick up your calls and pay us for the load we did from Detroit to Illinois. After that haul you guys just ghosted us. No one would answer our calls or call back, totally insane.

I booked a load. The broker send me a carrier package I filed out but never got RC and never got an answer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Jo Koth was broker on this one

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had a load booked with them, and they gave our driver the address of where to go to get loaded. So our driver got there and this company quit answering calls and e-mails. Very unprofessional. I would stay far far away from them.

We have been emailing this company for payment several times and every time we call a/p, operations or any department choice on their answering service, we are on hold for over 20 mins and then it hangs up or it just hangs up right away. We still can't get payment from them!!! Do not haul loads for this company unless you want to do it for FREE

This broker is fooling carrier and they are next to go bankrupt. We have open invoices from 6 months but they don't have the funds to pay the carrier. Reaching out to their customer.

This company does not pay detention. Not a terrible company but that's a major downside.

Took a load from Lauren Joyce. Also had contact with Jeff Iko and Nicole Sorenson. They told a company driver that detention was $50 and hour after 3 hours which is also on rc. Driver miss spoke and gave them cst time rather than est time. Est time was printed on BOL from shipper. Shipper was behind due to power outage. Is what is is but don't short a driver 1 hour because he gave wrong time zone. Also unprofessional telling company drivers pay rates to companies. 100% don't use, they will not hold true to their word and rate confirmation.

Got back to Chicago to return truck got to the office took keys of another truck and drove off without saying anything

This guy totally smashed up my truck. Someone told me he was stuck in Chicago because the job he was going to the truck was bad. I flew him to Nashville and allowed him to stay in the truck until paperwork and drug test completed. Day later he didn’t answer his phone, then the truck was idling for 2 hours and when i sent someone out there the truck was running with nobody inside. We took the truck. I dont know how but he found the truck. He begged me to stay in it as he said he has no where to go. I told him nobody drives one of our trucks without me meeting them. 2 days later i returned from Texas and the truck was totally damaged. He slashed everything inside the truck, the ignition wires, Slashed and popped three tires. Cut the airline pipes, cut the trailer airline pipes. But something in the coolant, oil and fuel. Stay away from this crazy person, he now has a arrest warrant on him

Driver abandoned the truck with the load at the west coast and went home. Did not want to answer the phone or informed us anything just despaired. DO NOT HIRE!!!

this guys jumps from company to company and changing his phone number. abandoned truck and disappeared

Waste of time. He did drug test and after was told that the results are ready, we got him a ticket from San Antonio to Chicago costing us $462.90. He misses the flight, or he never showed up. We called him few times and he said that he will buy his own ticket to come, or he will return the money, but he stopped responding. Waste of time and money. With the money wasted we could feed 100 kids. Not responsible, not a good person, please stay away.
