  1. Strong driver, didn't give any notice, quit at the same time as his other buddies, went on his home-time as usual, then overstayed his hometime, began requesting that we release all of his money, kept making excuses as to why he's not driving. Then admitted that he wants to quit, continued bargaining about getting his money before he returned the truck, after going back and forth convinced him to return the truck properly, which in all fairness - he did, one of his referral buddies wasn't as "co-operative" and abandoned our truck in SLC, we had to find someone to recover the load at the last minute. Would we hire/recommend? NO.
  2. abandon truck and filled the fuel tanks with water..
  3. Do not hire this guy at all! At the beginning he started complaining about everything. We told him we are not pushing him to work so either he starts or we can get him back home. He decided to start and a week after he calls us said he is sick and cannot finish the load. Once we send recovery driver to finish the load he started cursing us out and drove off with truck. When we found our truck it was a huge mess and there was urine everywhere. Hire this guy at your own risk!
  4. the driver seemed very good at the start over the phone emphasized he was a great driver. We gave him a opportunity and did the full process in 2 days we also got the driver a uber from his previous work place. Once arrived driver started backing out due to 2 weeks hold which was discussed prior to orientation. The driver can sell himself but is unreliable and waste of time
  5. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  6. Do not hire this driver , he abonded our truck and trailer far away from our office and never returned.
  7. We hired him about 3 weeks ago, spent about $600 for orientation expenses, well yesterday we came into the yard to find his truck abandoned and with damages all over, stolen equipment from the truck and we also caught him on camera slashing the tires on two other trucks that were parked next to him, huge losses, be aware. We did report to police with evidence and they say its not enough, also reported him cdlscan, dac report every possible company that we are fiends with, that's pretty much all we are able to do at this moment, be aware!
  8. This driver is a complete waste of time. Bad communications skills. Constantly postponing. No accurate answers given. Looking for a job every other week.
  9. Abandon truck, dont hire at all cost!!!
  10. Never hire HARLAND and his friend MCKEITHAN ROCKY. They violated multiple company rules. HARLAND drove 500 miles home empty without permission and spent 4 days home after the first week of work. Then he decided that he wouldn't work for us because of the waiting time for 1 week of his paycheck. We use a factoring service and have the first paycheck in 2 weeks. So he abandoned a Truck in the dirt, in a small village, in the middle of nowhere. He did not answer calls and messages for 6 hours until we threatened to report the truck theft to the police. Only after that, he sent the address of the truck in a message. Never ever work with this person and his friend MCKEITHAN ROCKY who abandoned his truck at the same location and time.
  11. Rude, unprofessional, irresponsible, he was company driver rejecting loads, used truck as an uber, nearly got claims multiple times, driving unsafe, damaged product multiple times by driving or braking too fast. Also abandoned truck in another state, and had to do a recovery. He brought his buddy along to our company, both of them abandoned the truck in the same location.... Do not hire if you want to avoid future problems.
  12. Box truck driver. First day in a truck, hit a clearance. Second day - Next day, speeding ticket 10 over. Constantly not responding on phone calls, constantly sleeping till afternoon, late on deliveries. Used truck for private purposes and pretended he wasn't hearing the calls from dispatch. A week after he left the company, let us know about the accident he made (hit another vehicle). Just loses from his work.
  13. Abandoned truck after 2nd load
  14. Truck Abandoned
  15. drop truck in MS
  16. Another unprofessional driver who doesn't know what he wants. He is an SAP driver, who also postponed his test and lied that the clinic was closed even though it was open. After all, he completed the test and lied that he had to go to his son's school on the holidays. We booked him the ticket at the end and he came to complete the orientation, he didn't stop complaining about how tired he was and how he didn't want to finish the orientation. Showed us very bad behavior and spoke disrespectfully with our team. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM!
  17. Abandoned vehicle
  18. ABANDONED TRUCK, NOT COMPLYING WITH ELD RULES, ARGUES WITH DISPATCHERS.
  19. UNRELIABLE DRIVER. He is the owner, kind in the process but as soon he starts driving, he is not answering the call, doesn't show on the job location and we made a problem with brokers because of him. He ghosted us for a week because of a "family emergency", and then tried to act as if nothing had happened. He will waste money, time, and equipment and cause you problems with customers. Stay away from him!!
  20. This driver worked in our company for only one week, he didn't listen to our instructions, he didn't cooperate with the safety department, he had very bad communication with his dispatcher, because of all the problems he was causing, we decided to fire him. With his dismissal, we received threats and very bad behavior and insults from him. Stay away from this driver as he is dangerous and difficult to work with.
  21. Bad hire! from the very firs moment he had issues with everyone at the company! Was at our terminal after few weeks, and apparently everything was fine. As soon as he picked up a load that was going close to his home, he simply abandoned truck and loaded trailer in North Carolina and stopped answering his phone. DO NOT HIRE
  22. Complete waste of time! Every time sounds interested and when is time to do the test he stops communicating. Lying multiple times that he was coming to the office and we waited for him but he never showed.
  23. Porschia was hired to drive OTR and did one load near her house and went straight home. While there she would not answer phone for dispatch HR or operations. Complained about previous job and wanted to be paid for one load she did before driving again. Abandon our equipment We had to recover the truck because of this. Beware!! of this driver and I would not hire her.
  24. He quit without notice, not serious driver, highly recomend not to hire.
  25. Danial left the trailer stranded in the middle of nowhere with explanation of dying family member. Despite promises of reliable service, he disappeared without a trace, leaving trailer exposed and vulnerable. The lack of accountability is truly baffling. To make matters worse, Danial shamelessly took advances for fuel purchases but never bothered to actually buy any fuel. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear of Danial Sawallich. His lack of integrity and utter disregard for his responsibilities make him a liability rather than an asset. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy driver. Danial is an absolute disgrace to the profession, and I wouldn't wish his services on my worst enemy.
