We’ve got a solid MC and work with a lot of brokers, so we were surprised when this brokerage wouldn’t work with us. The guy on the other end just said, "Oh, we’re not set up, so I can’t work with you," and that was that. I asked if we could work things out and prove that we are a reliable carrier, but he didn’t even consider getting things set up. If you’re not already in their system, don’t waste your time calling. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that isn’t willing to be flexible or even explore options with a reliable carrier.

The broker asked for our best rate for a short run, so we provided what we could offer. However, Rachel decided to laugh in the email chain. Is this how professional conversations are handled nowadays?

we booked a cheap load with Tobby. this guy deduct at the end $500 from us for doing early delivery.try to call him first he hang up on me after not even answering the phone. Very rude and unprofessional .I will never take the loads from them anymore

A broker with a name Lovely gave us a load and said RC on the way few minutes later after she let us wait she called and said the load was an error going different directions. We called her on different number she said she covered the load with less rate than we agreed. Lire Lovely!!!!

They will short pay you and no additional service pay; Like they ask for you to do extra stop but no pay, they won't pay overtime waiting either; because you have to wait for extra prove for extra pay, they will not add short pay GPS tracking money back to your rate con either; BE CAREFUL WITH PAY~

Booked a load with the broker at this company. Filled out the carrier packet and tried calling them back several times to see if they got the packet. Someone finally answered after about 10 calls and I was told a rate confirmation is on the way. Waited another 45 mins for the rate con and called them back. After holding the truck for 2 hours they come up with the excuse that the shipper will not have the product ready until tomorrow. They wouldn't send me a TONU. It was very obvious they booked a cheaper truck and left us hanging after agreeing to book the load with us.
