Booked load with them for the second time. Arrived at shipper early for appointment. Another truck checked in at the same time. Given incorrect pickup number and called for correct one. Spoke to other driver and he was told to wait on pickup number as well. Waited until 45 minutes after pickup time and still no pickup number. The other driver was given a number and proceeded to get loaded. Was told that they " were waiting on customer to send over the pickup number because they only sent one before" Second time working with this broker and took losses both times bc of problems with their "customer". Will not work with again

Booked the load with this company, confirmation and BOL stated 16000lbs. But shipper loaded 40000lbs. When driver weighed and provided scale receipt to broker they said to proceed with the delivery. When I asked about extra $$ they started ignoring my emails on this issue.

Was going to book a load with this company load mines waiting for rate con filled out welcome pack which they use a common system that I an already part of so thought nothing of it Rep could not get down or find my MC which ive been running for almost 10 years now. After finally being found they said problem with Ins which is not true I sent ins sent everything an waiting for rate con I see they reposted the load an no one tells me anything I insist till the rep responds sorry gave load to someone else while I was already on load waiting for rate con the one star is for doing me the favor if its this disorganized in the beginning cant imagine the mess I would have been with this load.

Do not book loads with this broker as you will not get paid. Ran a load for them on 2/27, still outstanding.

Called in for a load paying standard from FL, then after negotiate they told us that they will send a RC, after 40 minutes we called and suprise, they had another carrier for less money and they could give us the load but for twenty percent less money, lowballing the carriers. Shady move, these guys are not reliable. just avoid them and save you a headache.

Delivered a load on 5/4/24 and still no payment. When I email them they keep lying about the payment. Filed on their bond. Beware picking up load from this double broker.

Inquired for the load broker was not sure what kinda of load he's selling was asking me trow in any rate on the load with 1 pick 3 deliveries which can't be done following day so it's 2 days job got mad when I've presented my rate and just hang up... Avoid them it'll save You some time.

Please avoid at all costs. They make any excuses to not pay. They deducted one hundred percent of the rate for something that we did not do. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.

They keep posting loads and they’ll say its covered but they have an email attached that they are trying to double broker these guys need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY I will not stop until i see their mc inactivate

Booked two loads to pickup on 9/2. Was told by broker that 53' Dry Van trailer could be used. When drivers arrived they were told they needed Vented Van. Broker said they would pay to have the vents put in our trailers. None of this was explained when booking. Putting a hole in our trailers to accommodate these loads was not an option. Altering out equipment to haul these loads was not something we were able to, especially since this was 100% misleading upon booking. Broker Zach Bechner knew the equipment we had, which matched our rate confirmation. Zach is refusing to pay truck order not used for either truck.

Never will book a load with this company again. Booked a load in advance three days. Day of the load they requested lease agreement for truck which was provided. They then decided to boot us off the load the day of because they suspected fraud. We have been in business for over 30 years and were extremely rude. Went to extreme measures of bringing in our leasing company and they still would not give us the load

I called about a load and they send carrier package. Then I waited 2 hour for the ratecon never come keep calling. Then finally got the broker on the phone start to lied that he spoke to some one that i was 2 hours away while I am the only one in my company and I told him I was 20 min away he even told me start driver to shipper while I working on ratecon very rude people and lier.

DO NOT HAUL FOR THIS BROKER. WE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR PAYMENT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW. THEY ARE STAULING TO PAY US. I HOPE WE RECEIVE OUR PAYMENT BUT WHO KNOWS WITH THIS BROKER.

The employee who answered my call told me that don't want to work with me. Reasan was not given. We did the load for the company in the past and everything went perfectly. I guess that I asked a lot of questions about the load because delivery was on Friday night and the person was not providing full info.

We have delivered a load more then a week ago and have requested for Detention for a delivery of more then 6hrs. Its more then a week and no confirmation of the detention and when billed the load without the detention then rejected the load to pay stating that the load has been paid via Comcheck, which was not true as they paid the Lumper Fee with the Comcheck. So, the broker's and the accounting team do not have any clue what information they are exchanging and harassing the carriers even though the carrier's are not at fault. This is such bad service. I hope carriers avoid them and do not expect for any Detentions from this company as they make false promises.

Stay away if you can. Impossible to reach anyone after you booked a load. incase you have an issue a need an assistance or a layover, just forget about it. no one will answer calls or emails

Go book load with this company if you don’t want pay very very poor service no one answers phones or email

THEY DO DOUBLE BROKERAGE ON THE LOADS, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OUR COMPANY THEY HOLD YOUR TRUCKS THAN THEY SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR LESS MONEY AND CANCEL YOUR TRUCKS AT THE LAST MINUTE. AND THEY DON'T EVEN PAY YOU FOR A TRUCK NOT IN USE FEE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.

Booked load with Kerry Cook for certain amount. He sent over RC and we dispatched our driver and they also talk to driver. Then about 10 minutes later they called and said they found some else do it less by $150 dollars. They will hold you truck for while dispatch and then cancel for a cheaper truck. The load was only 200 mile run.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Got this load from the port and the Broker (Chester) didn't tell us my driver needed to load the machinery himself. We wouldn't have booked it if we knew. We tried to cancel the load because it wasn't going to work out and we knew they were expecting my driver to unload the machine himself. Chester insisted we take the load and that they would get a forklift to load my driver and they would have someone on the other side to unload him. He was at the port for 8 hours... No waiting time was paid. When he arrived at the receiver, the same thing happened. Then they asked us to pay to get the forklift to unload him. Called Chester throughout to get some answers because he was taking too long to answer the emails and the situation was urgent. He never answered any calls. Extremely unprofessional. My driver ended up waiting 6 hours at the receiver. No waiting time was paid even though we were told we were. I called many times. Their whole team is unprofessional. We couldn't reload on time because they took too long to unload. Book with caution...

We have run several loads for this broker, they WILL NOT PAY! Our factoring company will no LONGER factor any loads for this company!! The loads don't pay anything then we run the loads and then they don't pay. We have already started the legal on this broker!! DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM, WARNING!! THEY WILL NOT pay you!!

This is the worst company , got a load from Martin took all my information , did a carrier package , told me he is sending the load , waited , did pick my phone again he just disappeared, and was already heady to receiver, how can you do that to a driver , just inform him you have given the load to a different carrier ,That just the way to treat driver

They give me a load yesterday today broker told me can’t give me a load when i talk to carrier team they told me they can’t tell me anything why they don’t wanna work with my company

They don't have a phone, only email, they respond to the first emails and then get stuck and there is no response ,I tried to take a load from Polly

We hauled a load for this company, paid the lumper from our own pocket but they never paid us back that money stating that we need pics of the restacked product, which never was. Its brokers headache and they put it on carrier. DO NOT USE THEM AS A BROKER!!!!!!
