Owner Operator who actually doesn't want to work and lies a lot. Always complained and refused the loads from day one.

This driver is very unprofessional I have bought him a flight ticket to come to the yard for the orientations two times and he didn't show none of these times. Don't waist your time and money for this driver he is just using other people money for no reason. also i think that he is shopping around with companies.

If there would be classification for dispatch, Stan will be triple A. AAA

Bad communication with all departments. Disobeying HOS rules.

Driver worked with us for about 3 months. Everything was good at the start, then he asked for two days at home. After that he turned off his phone, drove around extra 500miles with our truck. Appeared after five days asking where is his salary and just abandoned equipment at the end. As a driver, he wasn't bad, but end result is that we had to recover our equipment.

This driver returned the truck in a horrible condition, it was so dirty, we couldn't believe something like this is real.

AVOID such liars. Drug test done, scheduled for orientation, booked him a flight and NO SHOW. Wasted our time and money.

TYPICAL SCAMER ! If he's calling and saying he's looking for a job - be aware - he is not! He will convince you he's ready to roll and will disappear (Drug test done, attended orientation etc. then started asking for money in advance: $1000 advance blackmailing he won't start if amount is not given to him). Brought his wife with him. Waste of time and money.

This driver has come to us multiple times gets approved gets drug test then vanishes or always has excuse as to why he has not completed the process.. He is a waste of time !!!

Hello. We try to hire him, we run his MVR, and he did a drug test. We agreed that he is giving 1 week's notice at his current job, which the last day will be Wednesday and he asked for a flight ticket for Thursday. We purchase a flight ticket for him for Thursday ( Out of Dothan AL was a really expensive flight fare $506 one way). Wednesday received the text " Good Morning sir. My sister passed away last night" "I will call once I leave the hospital" After that, he never replied to any of my texts or calls. Not reliable................

DID DRUG TEST ONE WEEK LATER NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE BE AWERE !

Completed application, and all steps prior to the drug test. When scheduled drug test he never replied again. Not reliable, glad we did not bring him on board. I have attached a picture showing the messages.

Play really nice until you pay him for the orientation. We booked a flight to Jacksonville to pick up a truck from the shop, when he got there he said that he did not want to drive that truck although he knew what kind of truck is that. Lying that we promised him a FL, was rude on the phone and said that he waisted his time with us when it was all the way around. Paid him for the orientation - NO SHOW!

This is very unreliable driver, showed up to us saying he wants to do lease to purchase, he was giving that option we did everything that he wanted. So he started to abuse the system started to go behind our back and contacting brokers, booking loads, exchanging trailers without letting us know, without interchange insurance because he did not even care to let us know about any load he booked. Lied on application about he's previous employer. Was very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

TRUCK ABANDANCE

DO NOT HIRE !!! Abandoned truck and trailer and doesn't answer phone, we had to recover truck and trailer.

The worse driver we ever hired. He was terminated because he would cancel all loads, didn't drive a lot, and had very very bad communication with the dispatcher. We switch 3 dispachers for him - none of them were able to work with him. He called us bitch, dick, and other words.. He is not going to be driving for our company ever. The performance is bad too, he got two tickets in two months. I would recommend not to hire him even if you need a driver badly. He is a red flag driver, aggressive and you dont want to have an argument with him, he is truly scary driver that you don't know what might happen if youre in an argument with him.

Hard to talk with this guy, always shouting and swearing ,never listen. After he said that he going to switch company's and become owner operator we asked him to bring the truck to the yard, but he abandoned it and didn't pick the phone for days. Stay away from him.

ACTING STRANGE ALL THE TIME. DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE. DOES NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. DOES WHATEVER HE WANTS. DOES NOT LET ANYONE SPEAK, INTERRUPTS, SHOUTS. TALKS ABOUT THE JOB, BUT GOD KNOWS WHAT. DID NOT RETURN THE TRUCK. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM.

said his previous employer sold his truck and forced him to quit...ran his record everything fine but this guy is a joker promised to show-up...never did...got him uber and never got in...phone turned off...be careful before hiring

This driver and his team driver Jesus Rodriguez are people to avoid! They worked for a short time in our company and during that time they caused a number of problems. They left our truck in the middle of the road while they had a load, locked the truck and didn’t want to return the key to us. After leaving the truck, they came to the office with baseball bats to ask for money from the escrow. On that occasion, they threatened in various ways the staff employed in our office. Months after they left the company in this way, they left comments on advertisements we posted to hire drivers and harassed drivers who were interested in starting working for us. For all the time since our company has existed, we have not encountered a problem such as these two drivers. Take care!

If you need some extreme in your life, please hire him. Damages. Equipment abandonment.

****This guy is crazy**** We were through the hire process he seemed like a great fit at first, knowledgeable hard worker understood what his role would be as a lease driver. He didn't want to pay for his travel or drug test upfront and be reimbursed after orientation, he started harassing our recruiter about when we were going to bring him in. When he finally understood he had to pay for those things up front and we sent it too him in writing he started screaming and yelling that if we F him over he will kill our recruiter, he would not stop yelling it. we told him we were going to going to resend our conditional job offer at that time. Be very careful with this guy

Be aware. Have been going back and forth with this driver for couple of weeks, finally decided that he was ready to come start working for us. Paid for his drug test at his location also got him plane ticket. He arrived in airport Chicago Ohare and told us that he made a mistake and meant to go to another company. Never showed up in the office and never returned money for the plane ticket. Looks like he just needed a ride. Waste of time and money.

The driver showed up for the orientations with a big attitude. Did not want to do orientations, failed the road test. Waste of time.
