  1. Applied 3 times in the past couple of years and always disappears before the drug test.
  2. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH JORGE CACECERS! In just two weeks, Mr. Caceres has been involved in a series of incidents, responsible for causing significant damage to a brand-new truck on two separate occasions. He failed to report all these accidents and damages he did, involved in a hit-and-run incident which was corroborated by video evidence we received. When contacted regarding these incidents, Mr. Caceres informed us that he urgently needed to seek medical attention, abruptly disconnected the phone, abandoned the truck at a truck stop, took his stuff, and ran. VERY, VERY BAD, DON'T HIRE HIM.He's old, has experience and clean MVR, ut this doesn't mean he's good, as we thought, talk nice too in the beginning. Hard to communicate with him, always disconnecting the logbook to get to his DEL, bunch of violations often on his logbook.
  3. This driver came, worked for a week and then said it's not for him, he was good to return equipment to the yard. Main issue with the driver was the fact that he did not really grasp the concept of how things work. He decided that he wants to do company position, instead of lease. English is not the best so maybe that had an issue in his grasp on things.
  4. The driver started driving after home time, picked up the load, drove 30 miles, and dumped a loaded truck.
  5. Extremely arrogant, has no respect for anyone. Had issues at check in desk and with the brokers multiple times. Acts in a bad manner and gives bad name for your company. Has threatened to drop the truck in a middle of nowhere few times, although has always been paid in advance. Isn't mentally stable and has mood swings every 2 hours. Has been fired from previous 2 companies. Would not recommend to anyone.
  6. OMG! This driver should never be on the road or hired by any company... He drove for us 2 weeks and damages the truck - almost totaled the truck.. 2022 WSTR... He literary in 2 weeks messed up whole truck. We brought him back to the office because after two weeks on the road he did so much headache to the whole office - he was brough to be let go. He did not delivered load on time, broker started freaking out that we stole the load, but the driver was ignoring us full time, not answering, gone... He is never ever for re-hire, tay away and don't have him in your company, awful driver!
  7. Stay away from this driver. He is a Drug Addict. So far he doesn't have any violations on the Clearinghouse. He's been very helpful through the whole hiring process. He completed the Drug test and we booked him a flight ticket to IL. For some reason his Drug test was in transit for 3 days and we sent him to another one. We received a call from the second Drug test location that he had tried to give a false sample.
  8. He returned the equipment to the yard, but didn't give us any original BOLs.
  9. We gave this driver a brand new truck and trailer. He complained again and again, became belligerent, and then abandoned our truck all the way out in North Carolina. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT HIRE!
  10. Very lazy. He had a local job, we paid him hourly and he would drive forever slow to buy time, and at the pickup or delivery he would park on the side saying he was waiting for his turn, and it was a lie. The end of his carrier at our company was when we told him to finally drive after 2 hours of sitting after delivery doing completely nothing. He said he would not go where we want him to go, but he is not quitting. Total absurd. He wants to get paid hourly for doing nothing. It's a complete joke.
  11. Driver abandoned truck in LA, didn't respond to phone calls, when company went to recover the truck beer bottles, trash were found in the truck. Don't waste the time with this driver.
  12. Not a good driver overall. Does not know how to manage logs, and takes 30 hours to drive to TX from IL. Complains about everything when there is no apparent problem. No hours, when he has plenty, of equipment issues, but when we take a truck and trailer to the shop, it seems like there are no issues. About receiving taking too long to unload, about appointment times, about log book support not helping him, etc. He drove for about a week and a half, and abandoned the truck in TX. Another driver found the truck damaged. His check was held until we got the equipment back, so he started sending threatening messages and did not turn in his paperwork. When confronted about damages to the truck, disappeared completely. Not worth the time and hassle.
  13. Alfredo and his wife seemed nice on the orientation until they took the truck and went straight home , did 3 loads and were ''unhappy'' even if they made a good paycheck for those 3 days. They abandoned truck in El Paso and did not wanna bring the truck back to Chicago even if we spent more then 1500$ on their tickets, Ubers and drug tests. I do not recommend them.
  14. Disappeared after we paid for his repairs and owes money to the company
  15. Constantly begging for cash advances, even after receiving checks for over $15,000 in the first 3 weeks. Demanded payment for his repairs, despite being and owner operator. Had an accident in GA that he didn't report and became very aggressive in demanding his escrow back as a cash advance. He knew the insurance will eventually notify us about the accident and tried to get his escrow back before that happens.
  16. Drew spent 10-16 hours at truck stops sleeping. Driver didn't want to be micromanaged but was never on time so it was impossible to plan him. He left us two unpaid parking tickets. We recommend everyone to stay away from this driver.
  17. He quit without notice and abandoned the truck
  18. ABANDONED TRUCK!!! Received his last pay check and then disappeared and left our truck across country. Stealing the tablet and GPS from the truck. STAY AWAY!!!
  19. Works one week and takes two weeks off. Coming off of home time and needing to get back again by the 28th. Truck returned in poor condition.
  20. He applied with us and didn't show up. He just waisted our time and money for 1 full month. Not serious and unreliable person.
  21. he came to drive as an owner-operator, and he took our equipment, signs, and trailer. He drive for two weeks and reported that his truck was broken. however, he immediately continued to drive under his authority for another two weeks, lying and avoiding us the whole time. Avoid this guy he is a big liar and fraud.
  22. He came as an owner-operator, asked for all extra conditions, and received registration. immediately started protesting. ran away after two weeks, stole equipment, stole plates, and stopped answering. He just sent us messages where he was vulgar and threatening to us.
  23. The driver didn't want to return the truck to us, he wanted to live in the truck, and he didn't pay attention to the fact that the car needed maintenance and repairs. Be carefully!!!
