  1. Bad communication with dispatch, late to pickups/deliveries. Also held our truck hostage!
  2. Damaged his last load because he over tightened the straps. After taking a week off, he informed the management that he wouldn't continue working and that he couldn't bring the units to the yard. Abandoned the truck and trailer in NC
  3. We did the drug test for this driver over at his location and purchased the plane ticket to Chicago. Driver used the ticket to fly to Chicago and then stopped responding to our text messages and phone calls. Waste of money and time! Be alert!
  4. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! you will lose money!!!!!!!! Worst Broker we have ever done business with. Luke is a disgrace to the trucking industry and makes industry brokers look bad. They booked a load with us, we hauled to site which we never got the pin dropped as they stated they would send and eventually got the info from the receiver after we got and sat in the town we were supposed to be in. Once on site they stated the crane was 60 minutes away. Could not get a hold of Luke for several hours when he did he became very arrogant and disrespectful and told us the crane blew 2 tires and that we would have to sit overnight. There was little to no communication or updates until we called even when they said they would be calling us back, even after hours of waiting. If I could give this place a NO STAR REVIEW I would. COMPLETE DISGRACE TO THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY!
  5. Terrible company with terrible individuals working for them. No respect and will waste your time THEY DONT ANSWER AMY PHONE THEY WROTE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS ON their rate conformation
  6. One of the worst brokers I’ve ever used Jonathan or miles or whatever your name is withholds a lot of information like whether or not trucks can get into the place of delivery also they will call you like 20 times back to back if you don’t answer the first time just to tell you something that they have already told you 5 times stay away at all cost will save you money and time
  7. Worst brokerage ever. Andrew Hayra didn’t give TONU as he said ask it from the customer. First he said it was 1P1D when i got to shipper. That wasn’t the actual address then we went another 40 miles. We got there and it was 1P2D and he didn’t say it before and shipper didn’t have right equipment to load but now he won’t pay TONU. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
  8. This company is a joke, we ran a load for them back in July, we shared pictures when loaded and delivered the load with no issues. After 30 day our collection team reaches out to follow up on payment and they say there's a claim. They asked for paperwork again and we delivered. It's now Oct (almost Nov) and they still haven't paid for the load, they claim the load was double brokered but we provided more than enough proof that we ran the load, the claim department even talked to our driver who gave specific information about the load and the loading/unloading sites which will only be know if he ran the load, we even sent the original paperwork. We've been sending follow up emails and they are not responding, we are about to place a claim to their bond and if this doesn't work I'll have my driver take a visit to the receiver to collect payment directly.
  9. Very rude and unprofessional brokerage. Stephen doesn't even listen, doesn't care about you and keeps threatening with Freightguard report. When I asked him to transfer to his manager, he said: my manager is my best friend, guess whose side he is going to take. Guys, lets respect each other. I will email their management with all the screenshots. Train your team please
  10. Horrible experience. I was served by Harry Smith. He assigned a team load as a solo and then was threatening to charge $1000 if driver will not be there on time. Unprofessional scammer. Few weeks after load was delivered, Harry Smith keeps emailing me with threats about deductions (when invoice was already approved by company's billing department). I asked to talk to supervisor multiple times and he refused to provide me with supervisor phone number or email. He also tried to play around by not sending rate confirmation stating that he has a family emergency and trying to get drivers to do job and not be paid as a team. Horrible experience. Avoid this guy at all cost.
  11. Kieran Johnson worst broker I have to deal in my 20 years in trucking business!!! He's charging the driver $150 for not wearing boots in 100F temperature. And he admit the receiver NRG - Jewett,TX never charge Malark Logistics, so he just looking for easy money. Carriers be careful !!!
  12. Do not book loads with Kristopher Spriggs. Unprofessional and rude customer service overall. He will take you off loads after booking with him if your driver doesn't answer the phone 6 hours prior to pick-up, and he will waste your time as well as your drivers time. He expects drivers, whom are driving a $300,000 dollar vehicle with cargo worth over $100,000, to answer their phone while they're driving. He clearly does not prioritize the safety of the drivers nor the carriers and expects drivers to commit illegal actions. Don't book under this company overall, if Kristopher is considered as an executive here, don't book under them. If there were a zero star option for the review, his actions represent a negative 1.
  13. These guys are the worst. Worst broker ever. As a carrier I would advise you guys to not work with them at all. We handled a number of container for them and we ended up giving thousands of $ discounts just for the sake the business partnership and at the end they even refused to pay per diem invoices. If anyone needs proof just reach out to me and I will make sure to share with you the entire email chain and see it for yourself. Awful at every level, especially Mahi and Roy, but stay away from all of them.
  14. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  15. Based on full procedures of checking the records we’ve conducted that the applicant was not qualified to all results combined .
  16. Awful to deal with. We made the mistake of hiring him and it was quite the ahstle to put him on the road. he drove 300 miles for the day and stated he was tired and asked for a hotel. he barely made 700 miles for 5 days, we brought him back and let him go. He started swearing and started threatening with lawyers, however, had made the mistake to send emails with "suck my d***" and other comments in it. I would say - stay away from him. He is a mental case.
  17. driver was driving for us and started making up random excuses as why he could not drive then out of nowhere driver abandoned the truck in OK with no updates or communication watch out for this driver
  18. Scam driver, did the drug test, called me on weekends , bother me, took my time, then disappeared,
  19. Very poor driving. Worked for a week, abandoned a trk. Dont understand the trucking at all. Be careful.
  20. Stay away mentally unstable, threatening everyone asking money from brokers, yelling, could not complete even one load as it should.... Would give 0 if I can
  21. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  22. Driver abandoned equipment, do not waste your time with him. He has issues, English is not the best, so he does not grasp everything really good. He yells and screams or completely ignores phone calls period. Do not hire him. He abandoned equipment with a loaded trailer.
  23. Stay away. Went home and never answered the phone again. Abandoned truck. Inside it was very dirty cost us 500 to clean it. Had to trow away both mattresses and the fridge.
  24. Stay away from this driver, from claims and a lot of violations, non answering call, sleeping to late, late for pick up and delivery, arguing with the brokers, not sending documents...
  25. ABANDONED LOADED TRAILER WITH THE TRUCK ON A TRUCK STOP IN INDIANA. THAT WAS HIS 1ST LOAD.
