  1. he went home and he ghosted when he was spouse to come back! And really besides a bad review hired him, wanted to help him get some money, and after 2 weeks and 2 cash advances he went home and ghosted DO NOT HIRE
  2. booked flight and orientation, guy calls at midnight to have the flight cancelled ....waste of time, before that ghosted us for weeks, unreliable.
  3. Dylan Rogers was driving less than 15 days for us. The issue with this driver was that after a delivery he was taking at least 15 to 24 hours break per day. Dispatch had a hard time reaching him on the phone, and even when he was dispatched with a load ahead of time, the brokers and we as well, could not reach him on the phone, and due to that, several loads got canceled. He acted like he did not care, always complained about not having enough rest and asking for cash advances too often. We are sure when his future company asks him why he left the previous employer, he will complain that he was not getting enough loads, but the real reason behind that is poor communication with this driver and because of that it is hard to plan a load for him, and risk a load to be canceled by the brokers when he is not picking up the phone. We do not recommend hiring this driver.
  4. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVER! The day he was supposed to start with us he started acting up for everything. He refused 100 loads, disrespected the dispatch on his first day , constantly changing his mind. He is a waste of money and time!
  5. Unreliably slow. Lazy. Hire on your own risk.
  6. Abandoned our truck and loaded trailer in the middle of nowhere.
  7. "This driver has had a family emergency every other week ever since he got hired in order to go home. We have accommodated him every time but he has let us down each time he has gone home. Once at home with a load he always was late and made up excuses in order to stay at home , not carrying that he put our company in jeopardy . This person asks for huge cash advances all the time as he makes up all kinds of excuses why we shouldn't deduct those cash advances from his check . On his last trip he left our truck with a load and with damage and it didn't even wait for the mechanic to come over and quickly fix the truck . Upon picking up the truck we have discovered that he has done damages to the truck body .Stay away from this person at any time.
  8. Seems like a great driver, we agreed on orientation. Spent money on drug test. Then he stops communication. Every few days he texts, he will call you but never does. I do not like wasting money and time with people that are agreeing to come and they never intended to. This was my experience, just as a heads up to anyone in recruiting.
  9. Driver always late, missed his delivery appointment on 12/16/22 in Portland, TN, he didn't want to wait till Monday so he drove the loaded trailer all the way to Lockport, IL and dropped off a loaded trailer and truck.
  10. Be E.X.T.R.A. careful with this driver and his co-driver (Judemy Phare Josue) . They are the biggest waste of time and money!!! They sound legit on the phone. We approved their CDL and decided to hire them. They took the drug tests and spend 2 nights at the hotel and then took our company car to go to a different med stop to take the drug tests for another trucking company. We called the trucking company and they confirmed those two are sitting in their office right now and going through the orientation. Now we know why they didn’t want to be on the road after the first night. They lied to us saying that they are tired and need to spend one more night here in Chicago. Who knows how many other companies they went to for a job? We ended up firing them as soon as we found out this.
  11. The driver abandoned the loaded reefer trailer; when asked, he acted irrationally (he made some comments about my family, not sure why out of context, sounded threatening, and laughed all the time ), lied about being with the reefer, and drove all over Chicago to return the truck in the middle of the night, only bobtail. We had to search and recover the refer and load set at -10 temperature.
  12. AVOID THIS HEADACHE!!!! Very difficult to work with him. Does not speak/write English. EVERY SINGLE DAY complains regarding equipment (we were provided with a new one), loads and statements. By him- all miles have to be paid like in a pharmacy business- mile to step. Have no clue regarding logbooks. One day he wants to lease the truck – next day he wants to become a company driver. ABANDONED truck and trailer in different places: loaded trailer left in South Dakota, bobtail left 1300 miles away!!! in North Carolina. BE AWARE!!!
  13. First - he never worked He applied and request info. Once i reached him , right away i was blasted with aggressive and negative mood and his conversation was both disrespectful and accusing of some nonsense. Started bringing his wife into conversation and then talking about employment rules. Hire with caution. Good luck everyone.
  14. He did lease to own and since market rates were low his checks were not what he expected. He left truck unlocked an unattended on some parking and stopped answering the calls. We had to send a driver with plane to Atlanta to take it back to Chicago.
  15. This guy, was most of the time at home, once he was getting home, he had multiple excuses to stay more. Last time he went home, he kept our truck and trailer for 2month, and was lying that has problems with his minor son. We believed and understood him, that there are different situations in the life. But in one end I got a text message from him saying that we may pick up the truck from TX because he is starting another local job. Be aware.
  16. TRUCK AND TRAILER WITH CARGO ABANDONED ON A TRUCK STOP
  17. Waste of time. He is smart but asking way too many questions and always not happy with something. We spent $$$ on his drug tests and tickets and in the end he was not happy with company reviews on google. Waste. Of. Time.
  18. he was broke and begged me to buy him a flight ticket all week. i bought him on 12/19/22 he never showed up. i wasted $230 for nothing. Be awake
  19. Claimed he was sick but when we asked for proof, we didn't get an answer and immediately when he elft the truck he didn't tell anyone, ended up blocking us the last minute.
  20. Good driver, being with us over 6 months. Lease to purchase did not worked out.
  21. Criminal record. Arrest warrant
  22. He was suppose to start with us but changed his mind in the last moment. We took care about the flight, hotel and everything but he frauds us with leaving the load and truck that we had for him and stop picking up the phone.
  23. She was working with our company for around a year. Did a couple of accidents. She forgot to pull up the landing gear on the trailer and was stuck on the railer road. Later hit another vehicle (not much) on the highway, and one day she forgot to make sure the truck is connected to the trailer and dropped the loaded trailer so we have to call towing. But that was fine, she always was a real nice talker and she was doing miles. Later one day she dropped the loaded truck trailer at our yard and went home to do some business and the morning next day she was supposed to be back on the road to continue driving. She never showed up, and even the day before she asked the company for a cash advance of $1100 and disappeared with all the paperwork truck keys, etc. So would never recommend her as a driver. think twice before hiring.
  24. This driver is refusing to answer the company calls, we didn't know where he was for a few days.. Very rude, offensive, he doesn't want to work... Don't waste time time or money on this guy!!!
