Dylan Rogers was driving less than 15 days for us. The issue with this driver was that after a delivery he was taking at least 15 to 24 hours break per day. Dispatch had a hard time reaching him on the phone, and even when he was dispatched with a load ahead of time, the brokers and we as well, could not reach him on the phone, and due to that, several loads got canceled. He acted like he did not care, always complained about not having enough rest and asking for cash advances too often. We are sure when his future company asks him why he left the previous employer, he will complain that he was not getting enough loads, but the real reason behind that is poor communication with this driver and because of that it is hard to plan a load for him, and risk a load to be canceled by the brokers when he is not picking up the phone. We do not recommend hiring this driver.
