Really poor service loads are not according to description wait time long for load and unload Bad experience

this dishonest company charging for no reason, disgusting experience!!!! broker Ilan Scheinman said that all good, no fees & cut the rate -$150 before paying, avoid to deal with this GARBAGE company, they do not have any respect to you.

crooked company, dispicable management, scam carriers and dont pay for loads. Did 2 loads with these guys, both remain unpaid from last year january. Still in litigation trying to get paid. WARNING TO TRUCKING COMPANIES, MAKE THEM PAY UPFRONT OR REGRET IT

This company is crooked. They should be shut down and put in jail and the keys thrown away! I delivered a load, sent pictures, everyone signed off on load no problems or damage what so ever. Few days later I received an email about the company reporting damage to the load and I needed to fill out the forms they sent and send back. I called the company and they stated that there was not any damage to the load but that it was a designated load and in the pictures that I sent showed another partial load on the trailer, therefore the rate would be deducted. I researched all my documents and communicated with my dispatcher and there is absolutely no evidence indicating that this was a designated load. I was given the contact number to a supervisor. My dispatcher and I call multiple times leaving multiple messages to please contact me in this matter. No contact whatsoever. I received 2 separate emails from my Factoring Company today that they put in 2 separate claims totalling $1500.00 which was the rate of the entire load. The took back every penny. This is absolutely ridiculous and illegal. I will not allow this company to get away with stealing from my family! They need to be shut down immediately! A claim against their bond will be filed immediately!

This company does everything to charge or not pay any cent. Rudest people work there. If you are late they will for sure report freightguard your company. They never take any reasons into consideration. Don't work.

Waste of time, 2nd time trying to get set up with them in their new system as a carrier and broker just stops replying after sending them all the docs. Very unprofessional.

This company will send your rate con to other people even harrass people even though your not even a carrier for them they email my email every day all day long and have been told to stop emailing my email that it has no affiliates with a carrier they deal with and still they email every day all day asking for driver up dates they are not professional and should not be trusted there ethics are 0 and they will be hearing from my lawyer for harassment soon! Don't work with brokers like this they are not accountable for there actions ! If I could give a 0 star it would have been submitted!

I would leave negative stars if I could . An absolute mess of a company. Nikki and suniva should be fired . They no clue how to handle anything

booked a load for $2,000, promised to send rate confirmation within 2 minutes. its been over an hour now no one is picking up our calls or replying to emails, completely ignoring us. Booked load with Rachel and Danny sent us an email asking for driver info. sent it to him right away and they are just shopping around for a cheaper truck. Load has been reposting every 5 minutes since we booked it theyre just avoiding our calls. When i call off a burner line they pick up and say the load is still available and offer it now for $1,700.

Customers and Carries be aware Dan and Dave will not pay you, be aware of these guys and stay away, don’t believe a single word they say , they are big snakes full of lies and no demneties. We are working on big civil case against them for not paying Carries like us . These guys have problems with being American Citizens, but having accent… this why they keep screwing us over. If you didn’t get paid for service you did for Malark, get in touch with me and I will have you on the list of Carries against Malark Logistics.

Carriers be aware they will charge late delivery fees without asking the cause of the delay. No calls, no questions asked. Honest people- not at this company

The worst broker I have worked with in a while, 0 stars. If you are a carrier don’t even bother to call them or take any loads with them. You book a load with them, after that they repost it cheaper and if they find somebody else for cheaper they take you off the load and never answer you again, this is the second time that happens to me. And if you get the load somehow most likely you will not get paid. Carriers and customers stay away!
