  1. Slow driver, does not work well, sweet talker. Dropped the truck and the trailer in SC without any knowledge. Was scheduled for a random drug test, failed to appear. DO NOT HIRE.
  2. problem started from first week. He jumps from company to company and changing his phone number. Abandoned truck and disappeared
  3. Came to orientation and this is where everything started, right away was saying he doesn't agree with company policy, started talking to other drivers about his previous company, at the end of the day he left without saying anything and we ended up with uber and hotel expenses, from our understanding he wants to be W2 driver not being responsible for anything and be paid as a 1099
  4. Our experience with Elijah as a potential owner-operator did not meet our expectations. Despite a prearranged agreement, communication proved to be a significant challenge. Elijah struggled to locate essential addresses, including our office, drug test laboratory, and yard, which raised concerns about his attention to detail. Furthermore, attempts to reach him regarding additional questions went unanswered. Elijah's response, stating that he doesn't answer calls from unknown numbers, added to our apprehensions. On the same day he was expected to commence work, he surprised us by expressing his unwillingness to start without upfront payment to cover fuel and costs. Waste of time and money. And lack of driving skills as well!
  5. One of my drivers asked $200 advance through Cash-app and since they are both Michael's I accidentally sent $200 to Michael Shawn Wallace. After 5min I realized that I made a mistake and requested a reversed payment and he "Declined" it on the app. This is just another proof that he is a dishonest person.
  6. Jeffrey Francis Vincent looked decent while applying for a job, complained about previous bad companies, said knows everything, and needs money so will drive as much as needed. Be careful -that is a bipolar person! Nice in the office but once in the truck another story! Jeffrey is a bad driver- when dispatch or office personnel try to reach him, not possible. In those couple weeks, he was with us, so many loads got canceled because he was not answering calls to the dispatch. When he needs something calls nonstop 24/7, sends tons of messages, and leaves voicemails screaming like he is using something. Would not deliver the loads on time, put on paperwork his late arrival time, and then demanded and threatened office staff what was going to happen if he did not get paid for detentions where he was late in the first place. Jeffrey Francis Vincent Medical card expired a couple of days ago. Safety kept asking for a copy of the renewed medical card he just ignored it. We said he could not drive a truck without a valid medical card. Ignore. When Jeffrey finally came to the office we asked why he was not responding, why he was not providing his renewed medical card, his answer was- "I ignored it because I wanted to". We just had to let him go. Very problematic bipolar driver.
  7. Terrible driver.... verbally abusive, demanding, intitled ... Basically hijacked our truck and trailer and used our fuel to drive around for his personal needs..... DO NOT HIRE
  8. Warning! Driver signed up with us as owner operator. Every week he was burning more fuel than what he was bringing in. I suspect he was either selling the fuel or he has a second truck he puts the fuel into and dries out the companies he drives for because it is impossible to fuel as much as this guy did, every check was negative when all of our other owner operators are making 2000-4000 after deductions. When we loaded him back to IL as we wanted him to return our trailer he said he is not going to IL and told us we need to give him fuel now, after some time he also called that he got 2 tires replaced and that we need to pay it or he is not returning the trailer. We paid 1400 for his tires on his truck on top of losing money every week as his check stubs were in the negatives. After we paid all of which he demanded he left our trailer in the middle of the street in MS which caused it to get towed and he drove home to KS. Will not return our phone calls for explanation.
  9. Very good driver hands down
  10. Abandoned the equipment without notice
  11. Abandoned truck without any warning
  12. At the end of his employment he decided to take the truck home to MS. After parking it there and not responding over the weekend he informed us on Monday after being a few days late already on the load that we need to pay him his check that was due next Friday of $1800 and he will leave with the load. After he received $1800 via zelle immediately he told us we can come and pick up the truck in MS as he will not be going anywhere along with telling us everything what was on "his mind" about our company. When he finally found someone to go recover the truck in MS we found the 2020 Freightliner with a locked up engine due to Christopher placing something in the fuel tanks causing engine failure. We had to send a tow all the way from IL to MS to tow the truck back in for diagnosis which once it was diagnosed that is what the mechanic told us. We never heard from him again.
  13. Went home for the holidays and after spending one week at home asked for another week. After second week, stopped answering phone calls and dropped the equipment at Pharr, TX., basically next to the border. Left huge minus to the company. And also had to complete random drug test, never done that.
  14. The gentleman drove for us for two months during which he incurred a speeding violation. He proved to be an irresponsible driver. He was terminated from the company for failing to meet load requirements. We do not recommend this driver
  15. Driver came for orientation we paid for the drivers Ticket, hotel, drug test and food for the day. Next day we got his drug test results diluted, tried calling and getting in touch with him unfortunately no response. Left the hotel room and never seen or heard from him again
  16. He abandoned our truck & trailer in TX after a month of driving for us. 11/24/2023
  17. He is a gambler, he lied that the truck was damaged and he lied that he got a ticket and he never sent the picture of the ticket. While the truck "was down" he parked the truck next to the casino and purchased two-day parking. He never got on time because of his nature. Really bad experience.
  18. He worked with us for less than two weeks. Abandoned our equipment in Cartersville, GA. He refused to drive to the dealership which was about 3-4 miles but he claimed he could drive home it's about 35 or 40 miles, does not make any sense. Very bad communication skills and don't follow company policies.
  19. Driver ignores the appointments, brought 100 lbs dog to the truck without even asking, that dog chewed seats and dashboard. Huge mess in the truck, we even found the guitar. Left without notice, beware!
  20. He worked for us for quite some time. And all of the sudden he quit under suspicious surroundings. He left the truck and when our guy went to inspect it he saw that the roof is torn on it. When we asked him about it he was acting like he had no idea what happened even tough he was the only one driving it. There are photos of when he took it and how he left it. Not reliable for rehire
  21. This driver abandons the truck and loaded trailer after he was holding it to get more money from us. When he got what he wanted he blocked all numbers and left our truck in the middle of nowhere. We had to pay late fee and get our recovery there avoid him at all costs.
  22. This applicant has some mental disorder, be aware! Sending random messages all night, after rejecting his application started acting crazy. Chat conversation attached
  23. HE RAN LATER, REFUSED LOADS, NEVER ACCEPTED TRUCKING, ASKED FOR CASH ADVANCE EVERY WEEK, TOOK IT AND DID NOT GO TO PICK UP THE LOAD, TURNED OFF HIS PHONE AND ALWAYS COME BACK WITH A LIES. GOOD LUCK WITH HIM!!!!
  24. Agreed to start multiple times and disappeared during orientation day. Do not waste your time and resources on this lying person.
