    We hired him with no flatbed experience, and was trained by one of our trainers. Ten days after he started solo he abandoned his unit, citing "personal problems". A year later he reached out to us and said he wants to start driving. He finished orientation on a Friday and was set to start Monday morning. On Monday he told us that he cannot start working because he's physically and mentally unable.
