Arrived for orientation, did all paperwork, drive test, drug test then disappeared for few days, later said that got some business to take care and can start work following week on Monday even few days later send a txt confirming that ready Monday morning. Dispatcher booked a load for Tuesday, driver showed up at work, arrived late for the pick up, got loaded at the first pick up, went to the second, dropped trailer over there and without permission went to Chicago ghetto area for a ride, ignored all phone calls, txt messages. Came back got his loaded trailer, went for another ride in South Side, Englewood, Chicago ghettos neighborhood. Made it to South Holland, IL truck stop, said that very tired and needs to sleep. Hour later drove to Gary, IN to some residetial area, park the truck with loaded trailer -10 and left truck. Recovered truck early in the morning, garbage inside, whole cab smells like weed, tablet missing. Found bag with cannabis in a sleeper area. In the morning driver called asking why we took a truck, he was going legally make it to delivery (next day delivery in Boston, MA 950 miles). Whole day didn’t even bother to sign in to ELD.

Be extremely caution! This driver was caught stealing fuel after paying for it with the company's fuel card. Every single time was late on the pickups and deliveries.
