9/29/2021 called about a job. Sounded super tweaked out. Said he will be in Chicago tomorrow and needs a job. AVOID

Absolute disaster of a human. Sounds great over the phone and in person when he comes to start work. 1st load home to Florida also no problems but once he stopped at home the nightmare began, definitely got his hands on his drug of choice. Took 5 days and 3 rescheduled appointments to get from Florida to New Jersey, he would drive 20-30 mins at a time and stop for about 3 hours. Never answered the phone, cussed out the broker(we lost out relationship with Allen Lund after this load). Winston kept calling the office every 30 mins or so asking THE SAME EXACT QUESTIONS over and over again forgetting about the previous conversations. We had to fly a different driver to retrieve the truck, was bagging our driver for money until he caved in and gave it to him. Didn't want to give up the BOLs and ended as the uber arrived to take him to the airport he jumped back in the truck grabbed and the tablet(used for the logbooks) and took off with it. STAY AWAY!!
