    Threaten to abandon equipment in KY because facility where he was delivering cancelled the reload. Poor customer service with brokers: quit after he cursed out ppl in the facility and CH Robinson then came back empty and quit

    Driver threatened to abandon equipment in KY, poor customer service with brokers, cursed at receiver. Finally, driver quit due to unloading issues in KY with reload same facility, delivered in KY dispatcher got email and call that Reload was cancelled to IL product not ready. Dispatcher then looked for a load Saturday, told driver no loads to IL, driver cursed out people in facility, CH Robinson, came back empty and quit . Extremely unprofessional.
