    Wilky has worked for 4 weeks for our company and took 1 week off for home time and when he was supposed to start driving on Monday he reported he will be ready to drive tomorrow. Next day he was demanding to be paid same day and escrow to be returned to him or he will not bring the truck back to our yard. We told him to bring the truck back and we will pay him entire check including escrow once he brings the truck back. He told us to to come and get truck from Florida and stopped communicating. We have paid him for all the weeks he drove and we didn't deduct anything from his paycheck to provoke this behavior and he was paid for the week he took off for home time therefore he didn't have any reason to start behaving this way. We will not rehire him and for any new company be aware.
