    2 times left the company without notice, picky driver, always complains about everything, has no patience at pick up/ delivery locations.

    before we hired him told him how we work that we do midwest southeast runs 700 mi a day, he said fine, after 2 days of work he said he is quitting because he needs 2500mi runs(basically cost to cost) which we never discuss because I AM VERY SPECIFIC BEFORE I HIRE ANYBODY,HE QUIT WITHOUT NOTICE WENT FROM CHAMPAGNE,IL TO OUR YARD EMPTY!WE HAD TO CANCEL LOADS THAT WE HAD FOR HIM
