Victoria speaks very intelligently but doesn't retain any information from second to second. Long story short - she arrived on a Tuesday at 8:00 a.m, we couldn't get her in the truck to do a pick up until late Wednesday because she had personal issues, she was suppose to drive 1000 miles but decided to shut down the truck after driving 1.5 hours. On Thursday morning had to have a discussion with her about the importance of customer service and following directions she apologized and got on the road. Within 10 mins she called her dispatcher to say she had to stop and get a GPS.........finally had to bring her back to the terminal to let her go. A lot of time and money wasted on a person who doesn't follow directions, has no intention on making pick up or deliveries on time and is totally more concerned about the way she looks instead of the way she performs. She had a sleeper but insisted on getting hotels.......then it's impossible to get her out of the hotel.....BEWARE
