    Owner operator with terrible attitude. Disrespectful. Did not submit the correct bill of lading for a load that resulted in a $65k claim that is under investigation. According to the owner operator agreement, the claim deductible is $2500.00 - this amount has been deducted from his last pay which resulted in him harassing and threatening the owner of the company with DOT/FMCSA, local gangs etc. After he has been fired and told that he is no longer allowed to drive under our MC/DOT and has to remove the company decals from his vehicle, he booked a load under the company MC# using a false name.
