    Tim didn't want to work, he was always "tired, overworked", basically lazy because he barely did 8k miles a month and in the end when he couldn't wait for an EFS code to pay a lumper he paid it fro his pocket. We issued 2 EFS codes to pay him back which he couldn't figure out how to do and then took the truck home to KY empty and unauthorized, he parked it and held it hostage while threatening police, DOT, etc until we gave him his money. The truck has been running in the negative since he started and left and we will need twice the time he worked here to recover the losses, not to mention the cost of recovery.
