Failed to deliver the load and bring the units to the yard. He disappeared three times, was just disconnecting his phone and not communicating with us for days. After each disappearance, he would return to the truck and resume driving as if nothing happened. He was given 2 warnings, when this happened for the third time, his contract was terminated, and the company had to recover the loaded units from Atlanta, GA.
