    Thomas likes to waste time on his logs to avoid working weekends but demands to be paid for it. He also refuses to communicate to brokers what he is told to say by his dispatcher creating problems in reloads, overall revenue and operations. His efforts are minimum as far as miles are concerned, he did just under 10k for the month of October. To top this off, he took paid time off for Thanksgiving and come monday when it was time to work, he sent a text to go to NJ to get the truck and trailer without any explanation whatsoever so we can add abandonment to the list as well. DO NOT HIRE. Waste of time and money.
