The worst driver ever but he thinks he knows everything! Always late for pick ups or deliveries. Always! He never updates you! If you ask him for ETA for delivery he will say he does not know but on the other hand he claims he has 19 years of experience . Blackmailing you. Disrespectful. Very disrespectful. No matter what you do he will always want more and of course with blackmailing he will get what he wants. Threatens to abandon truck and trailer or to return the load to the shipper if he does not receive what he wants. Does not know how to use the split sleeper berth provision. Does not deal with any problems at shippers or receivers. Simply tells you you call them and you deal with them, although he is there. Drives not more than 8 hours a day. I highly recommend you stay away from him although he has clean record and experience. Don't be fools and think, why has he changed jobs every few months. This is your first red flag. Unfortunately nobody said anything bad about him before we hired him.
