Never started with us, but we arranged her transportation to do orientation as a company driver and then started: whole orientation she was sharing her ability to read people energy, lives, from handshakes she knew who is professional who's not. And finally when finished orientation 1p.m. she said that she is not sure if she wants to start with us (constantly on the phone), then when she changed her mind to work with us, she didn't want to go on the road same day. We made a decision for her- we didn't want to continue with such unreliable person. Imagine her trying to figure out he energy of every load her dispatcher would assign! We explained this in friendly way as we respect every person believes and disbelieves, but can't work if this interferes with our direct responsibilities. After separation we were attached on FB with all kind of comments about snakes etc. Avoid her!
