Driver probably addicted on drugs. Zero communication. Tried to abandon our equipment, but we had conversation and he start driving again. During this period went off the road twice. After second time we send him to the yard "for trailer change" put a boot on and fire him. I will add pictures what he did for our truck when he got fired. Not stable person. Be aware. Broke the key in the ignition. Damaged dashboard.
