Bursting in anger about everything! Constantly yelling at staff, dispatch, safety, CEO…and other people while talking with you on the phone. Seems nice and polite at the beginning. His personal problems are the only thing that matters. He will demand to get paid for every mile driven with the truck, yes, odometer readings. Not actual dispatch information, he doesn’t care about that, he will accuse you of stealing. He wants to get paid for every minute of waiting at shippers and receivers, at a rate he will assess by his own standards. He will tell you he fixes stuff around truck and trailer and demands to get paid for that(drawers, side panels, fuel filters, little things) if you tell him to go to the shop of your choosing he will try to correct you not to go that route, he will find a place of fix it himself. Calls at midnight just to argue and yell. His text massages are 1 mile long, his speeches are 3 hours long.
