The driver has arrived at the orientation by a rental car that we have purchased. He started off by being demanding about bringing him through home because he needed to pick his things. We got him a load that was a best fit to bring him through home and make him money instead of wasting his time which has caused lots of issues and conflicts. Couple of days later, he has gotten personal with staff members by cursing, yelling and hanging up the phones. We received multiple complaints about this driver not only by our coworkers but also from people form facilities. He expects to work from 6am to 7pm and make lots of money when he is not disciplined in both driving habits and manors. Do not waste your time with this candidate.
