Sayid does not understand the job description. He thought driving a truck is like going on a road trip where someone else pays for your gas and accommodation while you’re freely roaming around. He averaged 200mi per week (3weeks total), refused to cooperate/drive/take loads, managed to complain just about anything, insult every person he talked to, and show up late on every delivery/pickup . He managed to be rude and argue with just about every single employee (he spared the ones he didn’t get a chance to talk to). When a fleet manager tried to have a conversation with him and seek potential solutions he physically threatened him. It took us a week to manage to bring him back to the Chicago area, yet he refused to bring the truck in for an inspection and oil change. We had no other choice and had to involve the police to get him out of the truck as he even stopped answering the phone calls. All in all, it took about 4,5hrs for the police to get him out as he refused to cooperate and kept himself locked inside of the truck.
