Terminated on the fifth day of working with us, while he was holding the truck and load hostage, Mr. Graham caused more problems in five days of employment then any other employee we ever had. Was late for every pick up and drop appointment he had, and after 2 loads that he did, he drove our truck 180 miles deadhead to home with a loaded trailer and demanded that we pay him additional 200$ or he will not secure the truck and trailer, and will leave it at the nearest truck stop. After trying everything possible to reason him, we sent a driver to recover the truck that was in front of his home in Valdosta GA. Once the driver arrived we were shocked to find out that the trailer is not with the truck and the keys were not there as well. Once Sanantonio was told that we have no other option then to call the police, he drove the truck at 1am back to the trailer which was left on Pilot truck stop which later had to be towed. Numerous threats and communication problems from day one. I suggest you stay away from him, he will cause a lot of trouble.

Terminated after 5 days of OTR driving, Was late for every single pick and drop. After deadheading 180 miles to home without authorization, this driver has held load and truck hostage and demanded that we pay 200$ before he moves or is willing to hand over the truck and load back to us. Once we sent a driver to recover the truck we found out that the trailer was on a truck stop 9 miles away, and that the truck is locked! After explaining that we will call the police for what he did, he returned the truck at 1am at the pilot where the trailer was and we needed to send another driver to recover the abandoned truck and trailer that Sanantonio left. I would suggest you to avoid hiring this guy, you will save your self from a lot of unnecessary trouble

Driver took off for the 4th of July and never came back. Kept making up stories about medical issues but nothing ever added up. We gave him plenty of chances to be honest, but it was excuse after excuse. In the end, he just ghosted us and left the truck and trailer behind, didn’t say where, didn’t return calls. Total lack of responsibility. Not someone we’d ever bring back or recommend to anyone else.

This driver is highly unprofessional and dishonest. After receiving a cash advance, he returned home with the truck and failed to continue working. Instead, he began making up false stories and excuses while holding the company equipment for over a week without any valid reason. As a result, our company suffered significant financial losses and operational delays.

We strongly advise NOT TO HIRE this individual. Completely unreliable, manipulative, and irresponsible. His actions showed a total lack of integrity and accountability. This driver is a serious liability to any business.

Not surprised this driver failed the drug test, we saw it coming. From the beginning, his behavior was off. He was acting strange, seemed out of it half the time, and just wasn’t reliable. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, but it didn’t take long for the truth to come out. Sure enough, he failed the drug screening. Totally unacceptable. Glad we caught it early before something worse happened.

Unfortunately, this driver turned out to be a big disappointment. From the start, his attitude was rude and unprofessional constantly arguing with dispatch and refusing to follow basic instructions. Performance was poor overall: late to pickups, not communicating properly, and showing zero interest in doing the job right. The worst part he abandoned our truck and trailer without notice. We had to locate it ourselves, and when we did, it was left in terrible condition. Not someone we’d ever work with again or recommend to any company. Be careful if you're thinking about hiring.

We had a very negative experience with this driver. After returning home, he began creating stories and continuously delaying his return to work. Despite multiple attempts to coordinate, he never actually resumed driving the truck. In the end, he abandoned the vehicle and did not return it to the yard, which resulted in significant expenses for our company. We strongly advise other carriers and brokers to be cautious when considering working with this individual.

Started the hiring process with this driver, and things were moving forward. Then out of nowhere, he stopped responding and completely disappeared. No reply to calls or messages.

Very unreliable. Not someone we’d consider again and recommend.

We started the hiring process with this driver, and everything seemed fine at first. But partway through, he completely disappeared. He stopped answering calls, texts, and emails with no explanation.

Very unprofessional and a big waste of time. Would not recommend.

    EWT DISPATCH

    Driver Review: Billy Pridmore

Billy Pridmore demonstrated repeated and serious violations of company policy during his time with our fleet.

    Incident 1:
While on hometime, Billy was dispatched on a load scheduled for the following day. He confirmed receiving the dispatch and acknowledged that everything was good to go. However, he failed to report as scheduled, with no notice or communication. Multiple calls to him went unanswered and to voicemail. As a result, we were forced to cancel the load, upsetting the customer and damaging our relationship with them. Billy reappeared five days later with a vague and inconsistent explanation, citing illness and a dental visit, but was unable to provide any justification for the complete lack of communication.

    Incident 2:
Approximately one month later, the same scenario repeated itself. Billy, again on hometime, confirmed a scheduled Friday dispatch and accepted the load the day before. Once more, he failed to show up the next day and did not contact dispatch. He arrived seven days later, again without any explanation for the total communication blackout. At this point, we charged him for the canceled load, as his no-show resulted in additional losses.

    Retaliation and Termination:
After seeing the charge on his paycheck, Billy reacted with threats, stating he would return the loaded truck in the opposite direction of the scheduled delivery and bring it back to our terminal. Given this behavior and the pattern of unreliability, company management made the decision to terminate his employment. He was brought to the terminal on his next load and informed that this would be his final assignment. He was instructed to clean out the truck and turn in the keys.

    Theft and Abandonment:
Instead of complying, Billy took the truck without permission from our Memphis, TN yard and drove it to Alabama. He refused to return the vehicle, claiming he would take his belongings home first, then bring the truck back — which never happened. Ultimately, the vehicle was abandoned at a random truck stop in Alabama. He removed his belongings and then attempted to extort the company for payment in exchange for the truck’s return.

    Conclusion:
Billy Pridmore has shown a clear and repeated pattern of no-shows, failure to communicate, dishonesty, and eventually theft of company property. He also attempted to extort the company after abandoning a vehicle. Based on this history, we strongly advise against hiring him. A review of his record with other carriers shows similar behavior.

This driver abandoned a loaded trailer with freight and disappeared without any notice. By the time we located the trailer, the cargo had been stolen. As a result, we are now facing a claim from the broker and have been placed on their Do Not Use (DNU) list.

This driver's actions caused severe financial and reputational damage to our company. We strongly warn others: do not hire this driver – he is completely irresponsible and a major risk to your business.
