He came in and finished orientation. As soon as he was in the truck it was like a whole new person. Started to use our equipment as his personal vehicle, drove the truck all over Chicago. He also stopped answering phone calls and text messages. Every time he would answer or call back it would be an excuse as to why he can not start working. We ended up retrieving our equipment from his residence. I strongly advise against hiring him - waste of time, resources and nerves!
