    This driver has mental issues which he has to work on. He speaks nicely and police, however, he is like a 3 year old, nothing makes sense to him. The most basic tasks like taking a picture of something or sending a text message is next level for him. He has spent 2 weeks in GA based on lies he'll be leaving the next day, the next day same thing. I think he's not fully "there"... Returned a truck and trailer with a top of a trailer damaged (went under the bridge). He says "I saw a bridge but I thought I didn't hit it, but maybe I did, anyways, can I get my escrow back?" $7k in damages...
