    Hit trailer,bent whole axle.Drove back 600 miles empty...Thats our first mistake for not letting him go because damages happens... Got late on strict appointment which lead to reschedule appt for next 7 days.Came back to the yard with both mud flaps missing,tires on 30 psi so he never did proper pre trip inspection.New tires worn out!!! When safety called him to slow down because he drove 76mph he just hang up the phone! And when we let him go he almost got in a fight with one of ours fleet managers claiming its not his job to check the tires.Stay away from this driver,his sense of entitlement is the biggest problem.
