AVOID! Every single week has to be at home some emergencies just keep popping. Making no more the 1000 miles/week not to mention tat also late not even to delivery but to the pick up as well. Give him second chance after conversation that we are about to fire him offered a raise if he will start driving and make those miles. Didn't help after the conversation he just went home.
