Absolutely horrible!!! I wish I took heed to the other reviews instead of focusing on needing a driver. He left his previous job on Friday and started w/me on Monday. He claimed he had no money and previous company didn’t pay him (later found out they withheld it). I have him a $200 advance the very first day and every day after that he tried to shake me for money. He doesn’t outright ask for the money...he will always say it’s something wrong with the truck in hopes you will send him cash. When instructed to use advances from fuel card he would get upset because he wants cash. After a week of receiving several advances and not providing receipts ....we stopped giving advances for anything. He was always late to loads and claims it’s because you didn’t give him money to fix the truck “issue”. He picked up a load and didn’t do anything else for the entire day when he still had 10 hrs Drive time remaining on clock....and of course was late dropping off the load the next morning. When asked why he didn’t drive after picking up load...he said because it was raining and the motor in the windshield wiper was too loud....but of course this was a lie because he never called anybody about anything. I scheduled an appointment for him to go to Freightliner to get the entire truck checked out....he wouldn’t answer calls and then would coincidentally be out of the area. After two weeks with this nonsense ....I decided to let him go because it wasn’t worth the headache....and like with all the previous reviews...he threatens not to bring your vehicle back unless you pay him.
