    Went against company policy and used our truck as a personal vehicle adding hundreds of miles a week for personal use during home time (grocery shopping, liquor stores, bank errands, going out to eat, etc.). Even after notifying him this was unacceptable and we were tracking him via GPS tracker, he continued to do so. He also lied about his background and during a traffic stop on his way to get loaded was identified as having a warrant. Our truck and trailer as abandoned on the side of the road due to him being arrested and extradited back to Alabama.

    We agreed that he will start working for us bought him a flight ticket after that he said that he is ok and no longer looking for a job. Waste of time and money.
