    ABANDONED TRUCK, HAD TO GET A TOW COSTING OVER $20,000 LEFT THE TRUCK AT A COFFEE SHOP IN DALLAS.

    Driver did not wish to complete application, lied about accidents and violations, lied about employment, decided to drive with an expired medical after he was told not to. Driver refused take the truck for an annual inspection, he also refused to return truck and trailer to company. Stayed in CO for 3 days driving from truck stop to truck stop canceling any and all loads. Ended up being escorted out of the truck by police and our company was stuck with towing expenses and of course with our truck in a different state.

    This driver had minus balance due to his personal problems( robbery, doctors appointments) and agreed to work out the balance. We've loaned him money to cover his bills and he quit the company under the load leaving company with $10k minus with towing bills and etc.

    This driver had minus balance due to not driving and "personal problems" he promised to pay off debts. We loaned him money to pay some of his bills and he dropped the truck under the load, leaving company in minus with towing bills and negative balances over $10k.
