    GRAND THIEF. ROBERT DID 2 LOADS AND WENT HOME TO FL. REFUSED TO TAKE 3 LOADS THAT WERE CANCELED AND TOLD US COME GET THE EQUIPMENT. COMPANY FLEW IN A DRIVER AND WE FOUND OUT THAT ROBERT STOLE ALL 18 TIRES WITH RIMS AND BRAKES. HE PUT THE COMPANY IN NEGATIVE $10000 EXPENSE AT LEAST.

    stole truck tires, threats to cut off heads, shoot and etc. threatens employees families. Will be reported to the police

    lazy driver thief . bipolar personality one moment he is calm and in a second he is yeling and screaming . worked for us less than month changed two dispatchers , late for deliveries . at the end returned a truck with new steer tires changed into some junk tires pretending like he doesn't have clue what happened , when confronted started sending texts he will shoot up all office staff and the owner . also was sending some bogus tire repair requests and stoping for some bogus truck repairs and that was in less than a month driving for us

    Mr. Santiago may look and sound professional at the first glance, but as soon as he started driving we started having issues with him. Constantly late for pickups and deliveries, arguments with costumers, daily heated arguments with dispatch and safety department, we tried our best with him, but after fourth dispatch said that can not work with him, we had to let him go. After we let him go, he called back to ask for rehire, when we declined he become insulting. Tried to smear us on google maps review. Very dishonest, lazy and unprofessional person.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
