    It's up and down with Ricky, one minute he is a great guy the next he's pissy and short with you. Gave a two week notice Monday April 11th, we booked him a load that would pass through his home so he can drop off some of his things (he demanded we do so). Was supposed to deliver a load in IL Thursday (produce), told us he'd be there Friday the 15th at 6AM. Broker agreed was calmed down, but then Ricky decided not to :-) He sat in KY and complained about everything he could think of. Told our dispatcher, "I'll get there when I get there, you foreign F***!" Then he hung up. When he came back to terminal, agreed to do some locals. His two week notice ended with 1 week. I would say things were left on good note, he is a good driver, just temperamental.
