    Worked for us over a year ago and we were his first company. Picked him up for, a sober living home, but he passed his drug test, Richard lies ALOT, never makes it on time to deliveries and is too much drama.

    Unprofessional, total waste of time and money and a big liar. He was insisting on starting on this particular date, we went above and beyond for his requests, after everything was paid and scheduled decided not to show up today. You do not want this person to work for your company .
