Drivers recklessly, gets tickets, and ends up in court more often than any of my other drivers. Then when you hold him accountable for his actions, he threatens you with lawsuits. Not to mention speeding on a daily basis, and running red lights at 55 mph. He is a danger on the road, and a danger to your safety scores. Not eligible for re-hire.
