It was a period he worked pretty good, lately he is working 2 weeks, then flying home to Panama or Costa Rica for two weeks, never gives updates on when he is coming back or how long he will stay home. After new years holidays never picked up phone, left without any notice. Unprofessional with 0 communication skills.
