    Abandoned truck with load, equipment was damaged

    Driver worked with us for over a year, in that time had multiple minor accidents and also two major ones, before he would accept responsibility and continue working however last time this happened he did not, driver was found at fault for texting and driving, ended up hitting another tractor trailer (rear ending) this totaled his truck and caused other damages, Reno left the company immediately after as well as outstanding balance for the insurance claims. Does not know HOS and how to use ELD properly.
