Every time he came back to the yard, something was damaged on the truck. Has to visit doctors one week in Indiana, another week in NYC. Says he needs 1 day off, ends up being 4 days, and this is going on constantly. Took his daughter in the truck without approval. Decided to drive empty, no 2 weeks notice, had to cancel load. Wants money immediately if he needs to wait somewhere. Avoid a headache in your fleet.
